great stay far away from mainstream

wonderful located in thr midddle of the swamps 10 k. before grado. perfect to relax. spacious and super clean rooms with balcony. the roof top pool is awesome

breakfast is a little bit ... hmmm.... i personally would prefer a buffet

Elegant and stylish both rooms and common areas, peaceful surroundings, very large room with outstanding terrace facing the lagoon, bycicles available for free to enjoy the natural reserve close-by, good and customized breakfast served by caring stuff

We especially loved Daniele, he took very good care of us and because it was my birthday even prepared a little surprise :) The location of the hotel is exceptional, we loved every minute!!

Only downside is, that there is no taxis whatsoever available.

Very beautiful lodge-style hotel in unbeatable laguna setting

I liked the overall concept of the hotel, environmental friendly, very considerate about everything, like providing a binocular in each room for birding. The natural surrounding was unbelievable, the hotel had a kind of "lodge" character for us, there was something to see at any time of the day. The staff was very friendly and supportive. The breakfast was served and really tasteful. We will certainly come again.

The staff was very nice and friendly to us, during the whole stay. The location is decorated with a lot of heart and is a really comfy place to be. All in all a astonishing place. The breakfast was supreme. :)

Lovely friendly place to stay but didn’t deliver the website hype and I suspect the price

. The room was very large - like vast. Really Friendly staff - they made us feel very welcome. . Great breakfast - especially the apricot cake. Lovely views over the water from the balcony The coypu family on the lawn

Traffic noise from both boats and cars. It’s not dreadful but it’s quite noticeable this is marketed as an idyllic rural escape. The website over-sells the place significantly - the pool, traffic noise - but good on the staff that we left with smiles on our faces. They hadn’t told us in advance the restaurant had closed, which would have changed our decision. The shower dominated the room - it doesn’t need a separate bathroom but it does need a bit of separation.

Lage und Aussicht atemberaubend. Frühstück großartig. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Ladestation für E-Autos. Und auch die kostenlosen Fahrräder, die in einem tadellosen Zustand sind.

Wer es gerne ruhig mag und viel Natur um sich herum ist hier genau Richtig. Wunderschönes kleines Boutique Hotel mit schönen Zimmern, sehr nettem Personal und hervorragenden Frühstück. Vom Hotel aus lassen sich Vögel beobachten.

Super schönes, stylische Suite . Nicht billig, aber zahlt sich aus ! tolles Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal ! Blick auf die Lagune: wow !!! Auto oder Rad unbedingt erforderlich um ins Zentrum zu gelangen!

Ein Kleinod für Ruhesuchende

Kleines aber feines Hotel, ideal für alle, die es ruhig mögen. Wunderbarer Blick aufs Wasser und über die Wiesen. Zum Beobachten der Vögel, liegt ein sogar Fernglas bereit. Guter Ausgangspunkt für allerlei Unternehmungen in die Umgebung.

Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass am 2. Tag vom Personal vergessen wurde, die Terrassentür zu schließen, die Kaffeemaschine zu säubern und die Handtücher vollständig aufzufüllen. Da war wohl jemand in Eile....

Ein wunderschöner Ort um sich Luxus und Entspannung zu gönnen.

Die Lage ist unglaublich schön! Mitten im Naturschutzgebiet. Herrliche Terrassen, ein wunderschöner kühlen Pool (trotz glühender Hitze) am Dach. Sehr freundliches Personal, das einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen abliest. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön eingerichtet mit großen Fensterfronten direkt auf die Lagune. Es ist eines der schönsten Hotels die mir bisher untergekommen sind und ich kann es jedem empfehlen, der sich ein bisschen Luxus in absoluter Ruhe gönnen möchte.

Ein wirklich tolles, kleines aber feines Hotel. Direkt an der Lagune. Erstklassiges Frühstück mit Blick aufs Wasser. Wir hatten ein geräumiges Zimmer und auch unser Hund war sehr willkommen. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich zuvorkommend und freundlich. Bei Fragen zu Ausflugsmöglichkeiten recherchierte die Chefin des Hauses persönlich für uns und half uns mit lokalen Buchungen. Vielen Dank für den großartigen Service!
