Good choice in Petrovac

Good location in Petrovac. Nice and clean apartment, well equipped. Really good bed. Comfortable chairs on the balcony, and a nice feeling of view from there, even though it doesn’t have sea view :-) Nice pool area. Parking worked great, just a 4-5 min walk from the apartment.

The towel changing system was a bit confusing, maybe it would be easier to switch them every 2-3 days. It was also a bit confusing why the floor was never cleaned , even though the cleaning staff came every day for garbage, toilet paper etc. There was a vacuum cleaner provided for the guests to borrow though. The roof terrace was obviously not in much use now, but has a lot of potential as a lounge area and more, if it was more equipped :-)

Place was clean and rooms well-equied.

The swimming pool was very small and dominated by a few horrible families with loud kids. The rooms were tiny, and the bed was very uncomfortable. The bathroom and shower were also inconvenient, as water spread all over the floor after each use.

Quaint property, great location, super staff

We had a great week here. Location is excellent to walk to beach and markets. Lovely rooms, good size, kichen and layout. Aircon and internet good, pool is fantastic. Super helpful staff who met every need with a smile on their face. Will definitely come again and recommend.

Bathroom bit small and shower doesn't drain properly so floor gets wet.

Perfect Stay – Clean, Comfortable, and Relaxing!

We had a wonderful time at this apartment! Everything was spotless — from the rooms to the kitchen and especially the bathroom. The apartment was very well maintained and felt fresh. The pool — crystal clear, perfectly clean, and such a treat after a warm day out. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The hosts were kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly appreciated the peaceful surroundings and the overall quiet atmosphere. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, relaxing getaway with a nice warm water pool. Would love to come back!

The accommodation is in a great location, 5 minutes from the city beach. The maid Sladja, a very kind woman, instructed us in everything. Clean, meticulous. I wouldn't know what else to say. There is clean water in the pool, the covers on the deckchairs are changed every time. Kudos to the landlady Ksenia. We are delighted :)

Fine accommodation. The ladies are very welcoming and helpful. The apartment is clean, has a nice kitchen, nice coffee maker with coffee included. You can sunbathe by the pool.

The location was great, apartment was clean and comfortable.

The drain in the shower didn’t work well and the floor was flooded all the time. Also, apartments without kitchen would do with at least some cutlery and corkscrew.

Comfort at a great location

The apartments are very close to the beach and everything else in Petrovac, but at the same time it is quite and relaxing. The apartment we rented was well equipped (towels, hair dryer, iron, kitchen tools etc.), clean, spacious and comfortable. It was easy to get the keys. The day we needed to check out we could stay an extra two hours to enjoy the beach a little longer. Also, Sanja made us feel very welcome and was always available when we needed something.

There were no mosquito nets on the windows or the balcony door, but unfortunately there were plenty of mosquitos.

Nous avons été assez surpris par la note élevée sur Booking, car certains points mériteraient d’être améliorés. La salle de bain présente de l’humidité, qui entraîne la remontée d’insectes par l’évacuation – cette dernière étant peu efficace sauf si l'on souhaite inonder et patauger dans toute la salle d'eau 😅. La climatisation dégage une odeur de champignon et témoigne d'un manque d'entretien... Enfin, la piscine est collective, mais elle est rapidement occupée par les appartements du RDC. D'autant plus que l'espace disponible autour de celle-ci correspond plus à un immeuble de 3-4 logements, plutôt que 9!
