The Good The accommodation is ‘fully loaded’, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, cooker, kettle and toaster... Large spacious with a balcony and use of outside garden area -excellent. The bed is ok; it could be more comfortable. Parking is safe on the driveway. There is a nearby small shop 2mins walk. The owner was very helpful with local knowledge and is a fan of quality music -like me!

The Bad During our stay there were mosquitoes. Measures to make it mosquito proof (fly blinds/screens) would solve that. The clothes airer is rusty. The Ugly Mosquito bites.

Great apartment with a very nice host in a quiet location

The host was really friendly and accommodating. He answered all our questions, when he found that we arrived by plane and had no car, he offered to drive us to the city (about 2.5 km) and showed us the sights and shops. At the end of our trip, he even drove us to the airport! The kitchen in the apartment was new and there was everything we needed to cook, and a moka pot to make coffee. There was an outdoor kitchen and grill which we didn't get to try since we only stayed for 3 nights. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed which was a bit narrow and squeaky. The other bedroom had two separate beds which were super comfortable. The apartment is in a very nice quiet location, the host built it themselves! There is a garden with vegetables and fruits.

The location was quite far from the city, a bit of a minus if you don't have a car – the Pula center is about a half-hour walk, but if you have a car it's a plus, since it was very quiet and peaceful.

Superb

I really loved the host's great hospitality, how spacious was the apartment and how clean it was. He gave us complete freedom and let us use the table in the garden and the barbecue space in the backyard with the utensils in it.

The place is good, the only two things that would have made the experience better for us were if the house came with additional trash bags or if the location was next to the beach.

Exceptional

We loved our stay here. The apartment is in a house that the owners built themselves and have lived in for 50 years. It's surrounded by a carefully tended fruit and vegetable gardens. Hosts are fantastic and if you feel like talking, you can learn a lot about their experiences and the city around you. They had great suggestions for things to do, places to go and were extremely interesting to talk to - very educated and thoughtful. Super quiet, shady parking, great outdoor space, everything you need. It's outside the center a bit, but that's a positive in Pula I think. There is a market 5 minutes walk away. You do need a car here to get around to the different sites. Our whole family really enjoyed being here. If we come back to Pula, we will come straight here.

Everything was great.

Everything was great. Thanks to the owners for the hospitality, for the nice apartments, for the wonderful garden and the fruits from this garden. Everything was at our disposal. In the evenings, after the sea, we often sat in the garden with a glass of wine; the owner gave us the wine upon arrival. We were unable to use the barbecue area, there was little time, only 8 nights. But we hope that next year we will arrive already for 2 weeks. Good parking under grapes and kiwi. The car was always in the shade. Nice location in a quiet area. During this time, we explored many beaches, did a boat ride, and visited the amphitheater. We walked around the city. Nearby shops Lidl, Kaufland, Plodine. It is better to change currency at a bank, there is a good rate compared to exchangers. The owner's son also gave us a lot of useful advice upon arrival. Thank him very much. Let's come back again!

Wir waren vollauf zufrieden!

Preis/Leistung sind unübertroffen, wirklich volle Ausstattung in Küche und Bad, freundliche Gastgeber, sonniger Balkon, Parken direkt vor der Haustür, hundefreundlich!, wir wurden mit Obst und Olivenöl aus dem Garten versorgt

Für die Baustelle in Hörweite können die Gastgeber ja nichts. Dürfte nächstes Jahr sowieso Geschichte sein und die Anbindung an's Zentrum und in die Umgebung weiter verbessern.

PERFEKT!

Eine sehr ruhige Lage mit wenigen Gehminuten zum Meer und zur innenstadt. - Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und haben uns wie zu hause gefühlt. Ich würde jeder zeit wieder kommen. NOCH NIE!!!! So eine tolle Unterkunft gehabt. Vielen Dank. :)

Il proprietario di casa è una persona squisita e super disponibile che ci ha fatto sentire a casa. L'appartamento era molto spazioso, a pochi minuti di auto dalle principali spiagge della città ed abbiamo avuto la possibilità di utilizzare lo spazio esterno attrezzato per il barbecue e tavolata coperta godendoci una bellissima serata. Il quartiere è molto tranquillo e servito, a pochi minuti a piedi si trovano alimentari, ristoranti e farmacia. Abbiamo potuto parcheggiare l'auto all'interno della proprietà sotto il pergolato. Consigliatissimo!
