My stay at this apartment in Split was excellent! The host was super kind and responsive from the beginning — she even left complimentary beer and juice in the fridge, which was such a thoughtful touch after a long trip. The apartment is fully equipped, especially the kitchen, which had everything I needed to cook comfortably. There’s a grocery store just 5 minutes away by foot, and three beautiful beaches with beach clubs within a 15-minute walk — perfect for relaxing or spending the day out. Another great point was the public transport. There’s a bus stop nearby, and by downloading the Promet Split app, I was able to move around the city easily for just €1 per ride. I didn’t need to take a taxi at all — the buses were super convenient. Overall, a really pleasant stay. I definitely recommend it for both the amenities and the great location!

AMAZING

Mrs Maria and her all family are amazing hosts. They offered to pick us at split station for free and even dropp us off in split again on sunday for a boat trip we had booking, always for free. They also offered airport shuttle service at a very convenient price. Her daughter nina even call us to say goodbye. Absolutely wonderful, we felt like we are with family! If you are planning to visit split i would absolutely recommend this place. Is near beaches, bakeries, supermarket and bus stop to split!

The apartment looks exactly like the pictures, good size apartment, bath tub available. It's close to shops and restaurants, in a mostly quiet area.

Superb

Everithing was super. Maria is super owner. Apartman was clean and in good condition. Nice terace. See is close like a 3min walk. Maria give us in first day a home figs and whater and beer. That´s was wery nice. On tle last day she come to say good bye a give us a botle of olive oil and levander. Thank you Maria for nice holiday.

Kindest human beings :)

Nikolina and her mother as absolutely AMAZING. The kindest human beings, brilliant hosts - they will make you feel incredibly comfortable. They picked us up when we couldn't get an Uber, offered to drop us to the airport, and what not. If you're looking for a short and peaceful Podstrana stay, this is it. Think no more! :)

It feels like home to stay for couple days in this apartment.

The host is very friendly. They welcomed me nicely although I arrived late. They are also very helpful during our stay.

WiFi is weak. But it doesn't bother us too much since we don't use it often.

Superb

Awesome people who told us all what we needed! Thanks to them! It’s nice apartment with bed and kitchen in same room. We cooked dinner and made romantic evening before going to sleep. There are several groceries near this apartment. Air conditioner is working well. Room was clean! Free parking near the house.

There is school near this apartment and a lot of young people were near parking place in the evening spending their free time. I was a bit worried about our car because of that. But in the morning everything was fine!

Fabulous

Host was very communicative and responds quickly to any questions. The mother and daughter came to greet us with keys and baked some treats and provided water which was nice touch. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Great aircon. Very close to a nice beach

Location requires bus to get into city area which takes about 20 mins and comes random times so dont rely on it if you need to be somewhere by certain time. At night / on arrival need to take UBER which costs from city centre $15 each way Would have been good if supplied basic toiletries like shower gel or soap.
