The view from the cabin is very relaxing and you're likely to see some kangaroos or cockatoos at through the day. Location is great, only a short walk to the main shops at Halls Gap and across the road from an excellent Indian restaurant. The TV was greatly appreciated for World Cup matches!
The leather lounge was very cold and could use a throw or two to keep guests warm. The heater took a while to warm the room.

Good access to the Grampians and downtown attractions
Proximity of the units; one car's width ensuring that you get to meet the neighbours, even if they don't want to meet
Not very sound-proof walls; next door got amorous, leading to noise cancelling airpod use
Huge TV receiving very few terrestrial channels; bring an HDMI cable and your own media
Not great value for money, considering.
