About this house rental

Casa AVENA is a luxury guesthouse, nestled in the Italian countryside, available for weekly holiday lettings. Situated on the border with Tuscany, the historic town of Montone is a short walk away, and medieval Città di Castello and Umbertide only 15km. Also within easy reach are Cortona, Perugia, Assisi, Todi, Deruta, Spello,
Gubbio, Orvieto and Lake Trasimeno.

A recently renovated one-bedroom house located minutes from the medieval walled town of Montone.
This secluded but central property comprises an open-plan ground floor with fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable dining area and generous living space. To the first floor is the contemporary bathroom with heated towel rail and power shower, and the master bedroom with fitted wardrobe, flat-screen TV and twin-aspect views of the Umbrian countryside. Featuring a double loft bedroom and ground floor sofa bed, the house can easily accommodate up to five people. Outside, the property has a large garden with private sunbathing / barbecue area, as well as ample off-road parking. Set in a rural and tranquil location, popular towns such as Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia and Rome are all easily reached via the nearby E45 highway.
