Top rental for couple and family

One of the best rental I have ever had. The location is incredible. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room are amazing: super comfy, lot of furnitures. The view is top. The best rental to stay in Arc2000 by far. The sauna, hammam and pool are the best and perfect to finish a day of hiking.

Great

The property is very well located and the dedicated ski boot room is ideal for skiing in and out of the hotel. The censored lighting at night was not ideal. You had to close the bedroom doors as the slightest catch of movement would like up the whole apartment in the middle of the night. The wifi doesn’t connect automatically when you are back at the hotel and kicks you off every now and again. Apart from the above, I would stay there again.

Excellent, comfortable accommodation in superb location with brilliant staff.

Staff were excellent. Really friendly and helpful. Location is superb. Rooms were decent size for a ski chalet, well equipped and comfortable. The whole place has a lovely traditional alpine ski resort ambience.

Beautiful facilities with mediocre service

Fantastic location, right next to the ski lifts and close to the tracks. Great SPA and pool and shared facilities for leisure, including pool table. Fresh pastry delivery every morning right to you door! Very nice touch.

In terms of value for money, we were disappointed with the level of service. Except for the pastry delivery, there was no cleaning service in the room during 7 nights, not even supplies were topped up, things you need to maintain regular hygiene (eg. when you fill in the bin, no new bags for the bin, so you have to buy it, no extra hygienic materials when you spend it, such as toilet paper or shower bath, etc.) For 5* these things have to be offered as part of the price. Also, 5* and this price one would expect that guests do not have to do all the cleaning by them selves. Also, there is a huge gap between check-in time ( very late 17:00) and check out (10 am).

Perfect base for exploring Paradiski

Very comfortable , spacious apartment with a great view over the slopes. Easy access to the ski lockers and great to have our croissants and baguettes delivered at our doorstep every morning.

It was a bit of a hassle to get the apartment we had booked. Initially we were shown a smaller apartment with a much more restricted view than the one we had reserved. When we showed the staff the screenshots on booking.com of the type of apartment we had paid for, they allowed us to change, but initially insisted that we had to pay 300€ extra. However, in the end they accepted that they could not justify this additional payment. We had asked for a parking space to be reserved which they confirmed. Upon arrival there was no parking space left. We were told to put our car in the handicap space which felt a bit awkward.

Great stay

Great location and genuinely ski and and out. One very snowy day where we enjoyed the pool and sauna / steam rooms. The lift to 1950 was a shirt step from the front door and best grocery shopping done there at 8 to 8 store
