Winter Palace

Winter Palace is a beautiful building with real charm. I often stay in this neighborhood because it is quiet and away from the crowds of the Croisette, while still being close enough to walk there easily. Olga was very helpful, easy to meet, and also assisted me with transportation.

The apartment could definitely benefit from some improvements, especially in the bathroom and bedroom. However, I knew what I was renting, so there were no unexpected issues.

Hello it’s a lovely character filled apartment block, 10 mins to the Center, a lovely large lounge and balcony and lots of space

the apartment is beautiful and has lots of character but could do with a new modern bathroom, although the existing one was completely functional but a little dated

A very good location. Not right in the most touritic area around thenold city and Film palace, which was geat for us, as we were not overrun by tourists and could enjoy more authenticity. Close to the beach (privet, municipal and free of charge beaches), to the supermarket and the shopping street. A very quiet and beautiful area. Nice yard. Wonderful old building. A very nice large verrandah.
