About this apartment rental
1) The location is superb at the heart of the city, where the transport cost is minimum.
2) Approximately four people can be accommodated comfortably.
3) There are all appliances provided (washing machine, fridge, cooker, iron, air-condition and more).
4) Fast internet connection and easy wifi in all parts of the suites.
5) Private closed balcony with a table and four seats as well as personal stone-build in tap.
6) Queen size bed with storage room for your personal belongings.
7) Smart-TV with internet access and three international channels as well as many other applications.
8) Office desk for comfortable study.
9) A large wardrobe with hangers for all your clothes.
10) First aid kit in case of an emergency.
11) Fire extinguisher in case of fire.
12) Table capable of opening so as 4 people can have a meal.
13) Water filter to make tap water pure, clean and potable.
14) Plenty of hot water supplied by solar panels.
15) Private safety box in the most discreet place so as to have your personal assets hidden safely.
16) It is a safe block of flats (the gate is locked after 21:00) and there is a janitor in the entrance. The outside gate is fortified as well as the door of the suites.

Fully equiped, clean and in very convenient location (for visiting museums etc). Best value for money! The property manager responded almost immediately to all our questions and gave us the right information.

We found the property exactly as advertised. It was perfect for the two of us and we enjoyed the location near the universities. It was an easy walk to anywhere we wanted to go in downtown Thessaloniki. Lots of bars, restaurants, coffee, shops, bakeries, and of course ice cream. our communication with the owner was great. He responded immediately to any trouble we had or any concerns. The only reason we gave four stars on the cleanliness was because there was a problem with the washing machine. The owner, however, said he would immediately fix the problem and thanked us for letting him know. Highly recommend.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay in Thessaloniki. The suite was centrally located and we were able to walk to all of the tourist attractions (White Tower, Umbrellas, Rotunda). Though the street is busy, you cannot hear the music and noise once inside. Apostolos provided very thorough check-in information, we were able to access the suite with no issues. The suite had all of the necessary amenities and was very clean!

Pretty small place with VERY few kitchen utensils. No corkscrew, e.g.The part of the street is amazingly ugly, as is the concrete building. Brutalism at its best.
