Lovely apartment, do not get put off by the communal areas

The apartment was great,

The communal area is off putting. Loose carpet on the stairs.had to download an app to gain entry to the building and apartment. Would have been good to know in advance

Beautiful, clean and well-equipped appartment

Beautiful and well equipped appartment. The room has beautiful decorations and the appartment has a big bathroom with even a sauna cabin. Everything looks and is clean. Contact with host François was easy and friendly. Access to the appartment is by using an app on your phone. For those who are new to this: no worries, you’ll get a detailed description. The appartment overlooks Tourcoing train station. It can be a bit noisy if you keep the windows open at night, but otherwise it shouldn’t be a problem.

Absolument parfait

Emplacement au top en face de la gare, calme, chambre spacieuse et très belle ! Petit sauna simple à utiliser. Propre et bien équipé. Hôte adorable, disponible et à l'écoute. Parking facile. Lille est accessible en train super facilement. Rien à dire !

Chambre très confortable et très très proche de la gare de Tourcoing, point recherché. Vaste chambre. Literie confortable, très belle sdb avec un sauna, dont je n'ai pas pu profiter. Dommage.

Appartement vraiment parfait pour voyageur

Tout d’abord , sa situation exceptionnelle face à la gare de Tourcoing dont nous avions le train à 6h du matin, ensuite la rapidité des réponses apportées par le propriétaire et bien sûr, quand nous sommes arrivés sur place, tous les aménagements confortables de l’appartement.. excellente literie et la cerise sur le gâteau avec son sauna et sa magnifique salle de bains

L'endroit était proche de la gare (mais pas trop). Logement très confortable et très spacieux. Entrée autonome.

Pas de climatisation mais on le savait. Mais il y a des ventilateurs.

Appartement spacieux et lumineux avec sauna

L'appartement est joli et spacieux. Le lit est confortable et la salle de bain vraiment incroyable avec une douche immense et en bonus la sauna privatif qui est très facile à utiliser. Le tout est lumineux avec de grandes fenêtres. Le gérant est également très réactif et agréable.

L'appartement aurait besoin de quelques rafraîchissements au niveau des finitions (rien qui empêche de passer un bon séjour, juste pour le côté esthétique) et de renouveler certains matériels de cuisine inutilisables à ce jour.

Бокалы для вина пришлось покупать, потому что в квартире они пластмассовые и уже очень сильно "уставшие" от использования.

Apsistojome tik vienai nakčiai, bet puikiai pailsėjome

Su patekimu turėjome šiek tiek problemų, bet šeimininkas buvo labai malonus ir visa tai greitai išsprendė. Didelis butas, pirtis viduje, didelė vonios patalpa ir visa reikalinga virtuvės įranga daro butą tikrai patraukliu. Labai patogi lova :) Parkavimas gatvėje prie pat namo,nuo vakaro iki ryto nemokamas. Butas turi savo aurą, per langus matosi centrinė gatvė.

Bendra laiptinė į butą nelabai tvarkinga, galėtų būti šiek tiek švariau. Bet tai ne šeimininko kaltė. Taip pat reikėtų atnaujinti virtuvės įrankius, puodus, keptuvę ( patarimas šeimininkui : nauji indai - mažos investicijos, bet didelis pliusas:))

Het gebouw....Het luxueuze appartement. De rust, uitzicht en het prinsesgevoel. Even tot rust komen en gewoon genieten van deze uitzonderlijke locatie.

Perfecte uitvalbasis voor een bezoek aan Tourcoing

Groot appartement met een zeer mooie inrichting. De ligging vlak bij het station zodat de transfert per trein zeer vlot verliep. We genoten ook van de infraroodsauna.

Akoestisch geen hoogvlieger. Veel geluiden uit de overloop van deuren die open en dicht gingen. Keramisch parket is wel mooi, maar tijdens de wintermaanden nogal koud aan de voeten. De traploper is zeker aan vervanging toe.

Comme l'emplacement des petits déjeuner était en hauteur, je n'ai pas pu les repérer avant de faire les courses. On peut proposer un peu plus de variantes.

Après une journée de travail, on a envie de rester calme. La partie commune était un peu bruyante mais bon, que peut-on faire?
