A quiet seaside rest

Great position on the shore

Was given the apartment in the attic. After reading negative reviews I was surprised to find a lovely apartment. Very comfy bed good kitchen and shower. Nice views from the bathroom. The local resturant Big ben was good value though the wine was very expensive. The local food shop was the most expensive I found in Montenegro so stock up on the main road a 10 minute walk away. Difficult to access this place by local transport and taxis not easy to negotiate with for a reasonable price.

Poor facilities, dated and unclean.

The property is dated and in need of repair, broken window blind. Attic apartment with poor natural light and a sloping ceiling made for an uncomfortable stay. Tried to locate alternative accommodation. Stayed for two weeks because there were no other properties available. Room was not cleaned once during the stay, no fresh towels or bed linen. Previous guests clothing in wardrobe and no clothes hangars show the lack of attention to detail. Bulb on cooker not working, noted from numerous reviews that this has been an ongoing issue. No sink plug, had to purchase one. Terrible WiFi, unreliable and limited customer connection. Welcome needs attention, literally just shown to the room. Shared balcony. No introduction to location, nearby recommendations or how to use facilities. Has the potential to be lovely but a lot of work is needed.

Never again

Very close to the beach. There are restaurants and a small grocery store around. Nora (the receptionist, not the owner) is really friendly.

Most ignorant owner. We parked to the front parking lot which had a sign with the phone number and the name of the hotel. Out of the blue an agressive guy from the nearby restaurant showed up and started MOVING our motorcycles without asking or telling us anything. Then when we asked pretty politely whats going on he called us idiots because - he said - the parking lot is for the restaurant. Again... the sign says Family apartment and it's phone number. When we told this to the owner the next day he just said: oh thats an old table, thats not our parking lot anymore and anyways no harm was done to the bikes so he doesnt understand what is the problem. There are ton of reviews complaining about the wifi, still practically unusuable. No social areas. We booked 3 rooms, but the only common area we could sit down is a small balcony barely fits three chairs. The place lists BBQ facilities, which are non existent. We have fair amount of friends, none of them will ever stay at this place.

Perfect location, nice hostess, would recommend, yet be careful when choosing the room type

Location is perfect, the beach is just accross a small (mostly pedestrian) street. Big parking site if you arrive by car. Kitchen is equipped with everything needed. Iron, towels available, clean bed linning. Safe feeling and nice surroundings. Restaurant BigBen just 2 buildings away. Also other restaurants and small groceries available nearby. Port Montenegro within a walking distance.

Wifi was usable, yet far from perfect. Regarding 3rd floor (=roof level) apartments one should be aware that the rooms are with sloping ceilings and roof window only, roof gets hot in the sun, you live with AC on and sunblind shut= with lamp switched on to have light. In one out of the 3 apartments AC is in the kitchen instead of the room and hard to get breathable air into the room. No view at all from the room.

It was great

I stayed in this apartment in Tivat for 6 days and had a great experience. The price was very reasonable, especially considering the stunning view and excellent location. It was close to everything—restaurants, the beach, and local shops—making it a perfect base for exploring the area. The staff were also very helpful and nice, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tivat.

The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which wasn’t very reliable during my stay. At times, it wouldn’t connect at all, and I had to rely on my mobile data instead

Great stay right near the water down the quieter end of town

The property was in a great location right near a nice place to swim and some nice restaurants. Walking to the port was around 15mins and was a nice walk along the water. The property felt safe and was very quiet.

There isn’t much to not like about this property for the price! Nora welcomed me and showed me to my room and was on hand via WhatsApp if I needed any help. The room was really clean and comfortable. I didn’t have a view as I have one of the top floor rooms but there was a little side balcony out on the hallways if I wanted to sit and see the view. Big Ben restaurant was nice for a quick bite and punta canta down the road was lovely for a more expensive and scenic meal.

The property was lovely, in a great location right next to the beach and close walk to Porto, ideal food places right outside and was fully equipped with all needed things. Nora our hostess was lovely and very helpful any problems we had she helped with and pointed us in the right direction to anything we needed and local information.

Exceptional

The apartments were great - clean and well equipped. Especially the biggest one(s) provided superb relaxing stay, cool spaces. People running this place are flexible and polite, bonus for Whatsapp-activity. I'm grateful for this visit helping to show so much good of beautiful Montenegro - hoping to return and book a stay here again.

the location was right on the beach the bed was comfy resteraunt and shop close by. staff friendly.

The room was tiney the facilities were under a slanted low roof had to basically crawl to get to. The room was roasting hot, the shower door was broken as well as the power on the shower.

Broken chairs on balconny, all bulbs were broken, no answers to reguest r. ex to change broken chair, no cleaning eguipmets, bed were dead, in shower cubicle were mold on silicons. No guide where garbage should take. No tourist tax collection which lessee should have done and which cause fine if not done.

Nice, but could be cleaner

- Location: 2 minutes from Waikiki beach, restaurants and bars - View from balcony - Ergonomics of the apartments - Ready to help host

- Dirty shower cabin - pipes were stuck a bit and it was filling with water - A bit destroyed sofa (hole, broken armrest, dirty spots) - Dirty saucepan (burned pasta on the bottom) - Cleaning staff - brought us once dirty towels instead of fresh ones. But the host resolved it quite quickly and apologized for this. - Restaurant nearby - once a week there was a live performance up to 1 am, in fact, up to 2 am, and it was impossible to sleep t due to enormously loud sound and vibration.

Sad, dissapointing, never again in the attic...

We liked the fact that the price was ok and it was close to the seaside. You have a microwave on the hallway, a fridge in the room and some plates, glasses and an electric kettle on the fridge. Also, our room had air conditioning, but in our fiends room there was a problem with it.

The rooms we had were in the attic, even though we saw the pictures with the rooms from the first floor( i think). We didn't have a balcony and the room was really claustrophobic, with a tiny window. In our friends room the smell coming out of the bathroom was really bad!! There were no toiletries, the toilet paper was not enough, nobody came to clean the room, nor to change the towels in 5 days!! If you are given a room in the attic, deny it! You're going to be dissapointed.. Also the front door was really hard to open. Everyone was struggeling to open it, not only us. We were really dissapointed, but of course, nobody cared...

Horrible wifi, poor customer service and help. And owner deceived with wrong pictures

This property is perfect for students and extreme low budged backpackers who do not need wifi or planning for the following destination. This place was really bad. the only 2 good things are the location and the price.

It was a horrible place, no windows. The Host deceive people by placing pictures of the room with balcony when there is none. Wifi barely work and kitchen appliances did not work, we try make coffee by the water boiler did not work. There was 2 small windows. The property is in front of a horrible parking space and the owner never help us in anything. When asking to help for anything, he did the bare minimum. Taxi was easier by googling than asking for his help. They have a lot of apt and the property is in front of a pay-to-stay beach, and he told us that he does not have beach stuff like umbrellas and stuff like that. Really charming. The owner has other business therefore he could careless about his renters. Therefore, I would not recommend this to anyone who is well educated, civilized and budged-minded. Also, it takes long time for the owners to answer any of your questions. This property is perfect for students and extreme low budged backpackers who do not need wifi or planning for the following destination. This place was really bad. the only 2 good things are the location and the price. By if you are a person with a couple or backpacker or anything that needs wifi and internet to plan or to work, this place is the worst. DO NOT stay there
