Rooms need much maintenance, stains on the walls.

Staff was great, very helpful and nice.

The property looks very old on the inside and it needs maintenance. The room i stayed in, 716, had stains on the walls and just looked old and a bit dirty. I think for the cost of the night the hotel should look much better.

Location was good.

Bed sheets had stains on them. And the room wasn't clean properly. there were condoms (new one thankfully) in various places of the room.

Nasty and poorly maintained

The floor inside and outside the restroom was flooded, we need to use shoes all the time because of this , that was disgusting and poorly Maintained.

Excellent location, very good breakfast.

Location was perfect, close to shopping center Antea and at one of the most important roads in Querétaro. Breakfast was good and a lot of waiters to attend.

Si vas a estar de ese lado de la ciudad y tienes planes para salir de ese lado, queda muy comodo.

En general muy bien, la estancia y la tención muy bien.

Creo que el costo calidad es un poco la diferencia para su clase lo siento un poco elevada. El único percance fue que cuando llegamos no tenían la reservación, aunque nos resolvieron el problema, no entendí si fue culpa de Booking o del hotel, pero en general muy bien.

Un mal entendido en el lobby nos cobraron un servicio doble y el tema es que siempre terminas lidiando con el banco la solución no fue la adecuada

En la habitación tenían cucarachas y les informe, que revisarían pero pues solo hicieron la limpieza normal y ya, nos quedamos tres días y no llenaron los botes de shampoo y jabon
