Casa Elegante

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen und bot sowohl für Erwachsene als auch für Kinder ideale Voraussetzungen für einen entspannten Urlaub. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die kinderfreundliche Gestaltung, sodass sich die ganze Familie rundum wohlfühlen konnte. Auch die Vermieter waren außergewöhnlich herzlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Man hat sich von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Antonis was there waiting for us when we arrived. He showed us everything in the house and even left us with typical Cretan baked goods, raki, white wine and water as a welcome gift. The house is beautiful and had everything we need. We immediately felt at home. For an additional fee, the pool can be heated. Since it is still early in the season, we opted to have the pool heated. It had the perfect temperature to cool off in. Antonis was very helpful and responded to our questions quickly. The location was also fantastic: There are three restaurants within a 1-2 minute walk and the supermarket around the corner is small but has all of the basics you might need, including fresh bread each morning.

A really well appointed villa, with everything that we needed for a great holiday. The owners (Antonis & Georgia) were lovely and always on hand if we had any questions and kept the pool area and villa spotlessly clean. The villa is around 10-15 mins drive from the beach and Rethymno town, which is worth a wander around. There are a couple of tavernas in the village, which were good - our favorite was the Leaky Cauldron, which is almost opposite, and we ate there a few times. All inexpensive and great food. There is also a really good small supermarket in the village centre, that covered most essentials. Highly recommend this villa and would return if visiting Crete again.

Little not to like, other than having to leave! Could have stayed another week.

Modern, well equipped villa. Pool & gym especially good but overall a very clean smart place to stay. You need a car and are only 10 min drive from Rethymno. Villa is fully cleaned every few days as well as the pool, all done at a time that suits. The owner is a nice guy who is very helpful and good to deal with. There are 2 local tavernas within 1 min walk that were busy most nights.

Being picky but there are no en-suites and the bathrooms are small as well as the showers, we used the shower outside given the high temperatures.
