The location is excellent, the apartment was very clean & spacious. Parking close by. We accidently locked our key in the apartment, we called reception in the hostel & the girl came down to us with a key.

The location itself warrants a high score. The accommodation is also quite nice: spacious, comfy, good appliances, etc.
We never figured out how to control the air conditioning and the office is not 24 hours; we were lucky that the weather wasn’t unbearable. Also, the office isn’t located with the apartments and can be tricky to get to.

Fantastic location. Lovely room, comfy bed, great shower, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. Very happy!

I loved its location, right on Plaza del Castillo where there are so many restaurants and shops in the area. Unfortunately we were there on a Sunday when retail shops were all closed.
I didn’t by like that you had to get the keys at a different location about 5 minutes away by car. I didn’t like that they only gave you one set of keys for 4 people in the apartment. The air conditioner did not seem to be working or if it was, it was not cooling the place at all. But
