Apartma Bohinj

The location of this apartment was excellent! We loved the beautiful (a little expensive) restaurant next door - they have the best desserts! The apartment itself was nice, but a little cramped for all 4 of us. We liked the bedrooms and the terrace was gorgeous, especially the sound of the river. The coffee machine was a real plus, and check out was really easy. We also loved being able to use the boogie board at the house on Lake Bohinj, and the host was helpful in connecting us with bike rental company.

In general, all was good, but could use some small improvements. First, there was no AC or fans, which might be fine most of the year, but was pretty hot in mid-June. The bathroom could use some nicer toiletries (body soap and conditioner), and was lacking for 4 people (but might be fine for other families). The bedrooms could use more plug-ins for phone chargers (we had to unplug lamps to use the only outlets). It would be great to have some screens on a few windows or the backdoor, so we could listen to the river without getting bugs in the house. There also wasn't a freezer, and the fridge was pretty small. Outdoor furniture could also use some updates.

We had a wonderful stay at Apartma Bohinj. It's a stunning location and the host Mateja was super helpful and lovely. The apartment itself was clean and equipped with everything needed. It felt very cosy and we would definitely return if we're coming to this part of Slovenia again.

Soggiorno molto piacevole. La casa era calda e accogliente, in un contesto rilassante e piacevole, con un ruscello che scorreva proprio di fianco. La proprietaria è gentile e disponibile. Ci torneremmo volentieri!
