Our dining staff Miki was amazing and took great care of us. The Kaiseki dining dinner option was good, but they could have provided additional rice at the end by request as the amount was 4 bites.
Our room was absolutely a horrible experience, and I think we deserve a refund, or at least a partial refund. The room was 9 degrees on arrival, and by 17:00 we still had 12 degrees. Dissappointing.
