The location was great and the view from the balcony just so relaxing. The beds were comfy.

The rug in the living room hadn’t been hoovered in a long time. The base of the bar stools were dusty. The window sill in the kitchen was unclean. The kitchen/living room ceiling and back of cooker needed painted. The bathroom with no window was soaked after every shower , which explains the mouldy silicone. The sofa was dirty and I didn’t like sitting in it for that reason. It was very tired the whole place. The decking and folding doors are on their last legs. Garden furniture rusty. You are meant to take away your own rubbish as no outside him and so you’re told to take it with you. Parking a nightmare in the whole village - roads are narrow.

Keybox was jammed. However after a phone call it didn't take long for someone to come and let me in.

Great location looking out over the sea. Perfect sunrises behind the Isle of May.

Brilliant location and excellent accommodation.

A little work required on property to keep up to standard re decor eg toilet seat, living room ceiling and breakfast bar stools being squeeky.
