This place has a great potential, which unfortunately is wasted. Still, one of the best locations.

Beautiful, historic villa from 1928. One of the most scenic locations on the Baltic sea coast, on the cliff, overlooking fantastic sandy beach. Great taras with a view. Fantastic breakfasts, served also outside, if desired.

The room was very small and the bathroom very tiny. The double bed was really two single beds pulled together with a crack in the middle. The dinners, which were offered in "full board" option, were served without any drinks and were rather poor (mostly fried, breaded poultry plus soup). The kitchen was closing at 7 pm, so the dinner was also served too early.

Amazing hotel in a calm place above the sea with only waves 🌊 sound coming through the window. The hotel is very cosy and nice, it was clean and calm. Staff was very friendly, helpful and smiling. Restaurant with panoramic terrace was just great. Breakfast was just charming: waiters served the food individually like in a la carte, everything looked and tasted great - fresh beautifully served food. Beautiful beach with white sand.

I would like to extend my stay but it was impossible because everything was booked. 😢

The room and furniture were a bit old. Very small bathroom with water flowing out of the shower to the whole floor. The decor and comfort are quite disappointing for the price you pay.

Toller Ausblick, der Rest mehr anstrengend als Urlaub

Die Aussicht auf die Ostsee aus dem Bett heraus ist einfach herrlich. Das Essen war immer toll. Besonders gut war das ausgewogene und reichliche Frühstück.

Schwierig war die Kommunikation. Angefangen mit der Begrüßung. Die Dame am Empfang wirkte sichtlich überfordert dass ich kein polnisch und sie kein Englisch (oder deutsch) sprach. Über die gebuchte Halbpension wusste sie auch nicht bescheid und bat mich nach dem Essen zur Kasse. (Konnte dann mit einem Telefonat mit der Chefin geklärt werden). Auch das die Küche nur BIS 18 Uhr zum Abendessen im Haus ist war für uns Recht ungewöhnlich. Das Zimmer: an der Wand fehlte Tapete, das Bett würde notdürftig mit repariert und IM (Ja im) TV befand sich eine kleine Motte. Insgesamt war die Matratze deutlich zu weich oder einfach schon sehr durchgelege. Das Zimmer insgesamt war sehr klein,so dass wir uns ständig an der harten Kante des Bettes stießen.

Pokochałam Bałtyk zimą

Pobyt w Villi był definitywnie udany. Przemiły personel, smakowite i urozmaicone śniadania, obiady także bez zarzutu. Lokalizacja idealna na spacery. I ten widok na morze z okna pokoju! Gdyby nie fakt, że byliśmy w zimie prawdopodobnie całe wieczory spędzilibyśmy na tarasie należącym do pokoju. Cisza i spokój. Czysta łazienka, zadbany pokój. Ale jak zawsze jest też jeden minus - trzeba było wracać do domu... Z przyjemnością wrócimy do Villi. I może też zimą, gdy jest tak spokojnie. Dziękujemy za wspaniały pobyt!

Śniadania bardzo urozmaicone i pyszne. Codziennie jakiś nowy dodatek, no i oczywiście do wyboru coś na gorąco, W sumie nie do przejedzenia. Pani Monika -dba aby każdy klient był zadowolony. Spełniła wszystkie nasze oczekiwania, Zaradna, bystra i zawsze uśmiechnięta-dodatkowy skarb dla Wiktora. Widok z tarasu apartamentu bajkowy. Jak na koniec września pogoda nas rozpieszczała i mogliśmy podziwiać panoramę morza, wieczorem ..przepiękne rozgwieżdżone niebo i plusk fal. Przy odrobinie szczęścia z tarasu można zobaczyć młodego lisa tarzającego się w trawie a w Lisim Jarze spacerującego łosia.

Można nieco bardziej zadbać o obiekt, wyczyścić wszystkie rynny dachowe z zalegającego błota i igliwia i pajęczyn. Odświeżyć elewację tam gdzie to jest konieczne, wyczyścić mchy z płytek ,zadbać o kwiaty i krzewy w donicach. Niewielkim nakładem własnym dodać uroku tej perełce..bo widać że dawny blask odchodzi w cień. A bardzo szkoda.. Bo to miejsce zasługuje na to aby o nie należycie dbać. To wizytówka Jastrzębiej Góry.. miejsce gdzie każdy chce się zatrzymać .. i przystanąć.. zdjęciem w komórce zatrzymać uciekający czas.. Panie Gospodarzu...goście liczą na Pana...

Pięknie położony na skarpie hotel z widokiem na morze

Świetne położenie hotelu - na skarpie przy samej plaży, w cichej części Jastrzębiej Góry. Miejsce wymarzone na dłuższy pobyt latem, jeżeli ktoś lubi nieduże, klimatyczne hotele, bez atrakcji typu SPA itp., Wtedy warto wybrać większy apartament, nasz mały pokój na parterze był dobry na krótki pobyt. Bardzo miła obsługa w hotelu, dobre śniadania i klimatyczna restauracja z dużym tarasem od strony morza.

Byłem w Villa Wiktor na długi weekend w sierpniu 2025 i jestem bardzo zadowolony z pobytu

Jedzenie było naprawdę smaczne, obsługa sympatyczna i pomocna, a sam obiekt oferuje piękny widok, który robi wrażenie. Idealne miejsce na odpoczynek i na pewno chętnie wrócę w przyszłości. BARDZO BLISKO DO PLAŻY TO BYŁO WSPANIAŁE!

Niestety, pokój, w którym się zatrzymałem, miał kilka mankamentów. Łazienka była dość mała, z niskim sufitem, a z prysznica bardzo rozlewała się woda, bo nie było drzwi. Dodatkowo z odpływu wydobywał się nieprzyjemny zapach – wyglądało to tak, jakby brakowało tam syfonu. Nie miałem możliwości zgłoszenia tego na miejscu, bo spieszyłem się przy wyjeździe.

Fantastische Terrasse mit tollem Blick, gutes Essen, Zimmer eher klein und verwinkelt.

Ganz tolle Lage und Ausblick. Auch das Abendessen und Frühstück im Restaurant waren super. Die Terrasse mit Seeblick ist der Hammer! Guter chilenischer Chardonnay und Fisch. Badezimmer und Zimmer mit Seeblick. Das Frühstück wird am Tisch serviert, aber sehr reichlich und gut. Personal junge Leute und sehr nett, sprechen Englisch.

Achtung: Küche schließt um 20 Uhr, Bar um 21 Uhr (eigentlich dann doch etwas später). Das Zimmer war im Dachgeschoss, nicht besonders groß und über enge Wendeltreppe erreichbar. Für uns ok, aber für ältere Leute vielleicht schwierig. Ich hatte so den Eindruck, dass man in der unmittelbaren Umgebung nicht so viel machen kann außer Strand, war aber für uns auch ok (nur 1 Nacht).

Niezapomniany klimat do ktorego na poczatku trzeba bylo sie przyzwyczaic :) ale potem bylo juz tylko lepiej . Wspaniale dania a la carte , wspanialy personel ze swieta cierpliwoscia do klienta :) Bardzo dobre podejscie do zwierzatek ,bo wszyscy czulismy sie mile widziani. Super pomysl z lustrem weneckim. Wygodne łozka !

nie moge powiedziec ze nie podobalo, to raczej rzeczy do ktorych trzeba bylo sie przyzwyczaic na poczatku rozumiejac charkater tego miejsca :) wymieniam tylko dla konstruktywnej krytyki abyscie mogli sie rozwijac. 1. parking - bardzo niewielki, bezoznaczonych miejsc, latwo o zastawienie sie na wzajem. Na szczescie za brama pelno miejsca mozna latwo zaparkowac w poblizu bezkoniecznosci wieżdzania na teren. 2. pokoj po wejsciu bardzo silnie pachnial stechlizna i wilgocia, najwyrazniej nie byl otwierany przez dlugi czas. Byl to bardzo silny zapach ktory jednak bezpowrotnie ustapil po kilku dniach. Gdyby jednak pobyt byl tylko 1-2 noce mogloby to zostawic nie mile wrazenie. Dodatkowo jako osoba uczulona na roztocza niestety mocno czulam grube zaslony , gruba wykladzine ktore naturalnie sciagaja kurz i przyzyniaja sie do zatkanego nosa. Byc moze gladka podloga jedynie z jakims bieznikiem bylaby bardziej funkcjonalna i do sprzatania i dla alergikow.Warto by bylo wymienic tez meble na świezsze.Jednak wietrzenie otwarte okno i ciepla pogoda zniwelowaly ten problem. 3. Pokoj na parterze bardzo maly ale sa wieksze do wyboru to rzecz do przyzywyczajenia w swietle innych atutow i oczywistych ograniczen budynku. 4. Sniadania zdecydowanie powinny byc unowoczesnione i bardziej zroznicowane. Bar morski moze byc dobra inspiracja bo ich oferta tez talerzowa a nie bufetowa byla wybitna.Kilka tematycznie wybranych talerzy sniadaniowych zrobiloby swieta robote i fit i classic itd.
