The location of the property was very central and close to all amenities. A warm welcome from the hosts who gave us cake and tea on arrival. The room was beautifully decorated with everything required. Breakfast was well cooked with good choices. The porridge was particularly good. Very quiet at night.

The location of this property is right in the heart of the lakes with easy access to almost everywhere. Steve and Sharon our hosts were wonderful and an encyclopedia of local knowledge. Steve is also the chef and really knows how to rustle up some delicious meals. The roo. Was charming and absolutely spotless. I really can't recommend it enough. Book now, you won't be disappointed.

The people looking after the property were amazing you couldn't ask for nicer people. The location is great.
The whole place needs upgrading. Bathroom not great and the ceiling looked a little worse for wear. Gardens need attention.
