停車方便.櫃檯服務人員很好
附近也很便利.
被子枕頭都乾淨.
冷氣很冷（棒）
房間有點潮濕正常.畢竟開放型浴室！
但是馬桶部分就有點可怕.有尿垢在馬桶蓋的內側.是乾掉的那種
冰箱也有上位房客飲料打翻的痕跡.

-離中壢車站很近，從後站走不用五分鐘就到了
-四人房蠻大，浴室也很大！還有大浴缸可泡澡
-雖品項選擇少，但有早餐
-備品可向櫃檯索取，不用再花錢買
-在房間裡會一直聽到火車聲音
-房間冷氣似乎是中央空調，很冷
-整理的稍微不太理想；雖無明顯藏污或灰塵，但廁所衛生紙沒了反應也沒有補、進門抽屜打開是四包亂亂的茶包咖啡包、旁邊櫃子裡不知道是備用的毛巾還踏墊也是亂亂塞進去的沒有疊好，另外壁紙明顯大範圍脫落沒有處理。
-房間燈光很難控制；因為四人房是區隔成兩部份（雙床），但不能只關一邊的燈，只能全部一起亮一起暗
-早餐幾乎都是澱粉類的東西：飯、粥、饅頭等
