Lejligheden lå centralt, rigtig god parkeringsforhold lige ved døren. God indretning i lejligheden, med værelserne i hver sin ende, køkken/stue i midten, og bad/toilet i gang. Lækkert med lille baggård hvor der var sauna. Køkkenet var super i udstyr og hvad man havde brug for.
I starten var vi lidt kede af der kun var en nøgle, men så brugte vi naturligvis bare nøgleboksen udenfor og problemet var løst. Glasdøre til værelser og toilet, virkede lidt mindre privat, men absolut ikke noget der er afgørende.

Gepflegte, schöne Ferienwohnung. Alles was man benötigt, war vorhanden. In der Nähe befindet sich der Bahnhof, der Fähranleger, die Ladenstraße, der Strand und Gaststätten.
Direkt neben dem (gelben) Gebäude, in dem sich die Fewo befindet, wird eine Großbaustelle betrieben. 7 Uhr ging es mit dem Baulärm los bis ca. 20 Uhr. Selbst am Sonntag wurde gearbeitet. Dadurch konnten wir die schöne Terrasse zum Relaxen, Sonnen oder zum Essen im Freien nicht nutzen. Man war dem Lärm, dem Dreck und den Bauarbeitern ausgesetzt. Der Baulärm war n i c h t nur gelegentlich, wie auf der Webseite des Vermieters angegeben.

Hübsche Wohnung mit viel Liebe zu mediterranen Details eingerichtet. Grandioses Bad mit gut durchdachter Lösung für optimale Lichtdurchflutung. Küche voll ausgestattet und modernster Standard. Hier kann man sich wohlfühlen und ist in 2 min am Deich und an der Fähre. Tages-Ausflug nach Amrum bitte unbedingt einplanen, lohnt sich wirklich. Parkplatz am Haus war optimal.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Souterrain. Neben dem Gebäude ist eine Großbaustelle mit ganztägiger Lärmbelästigung. Zu Beidem fehlten die Hinweise in der Ausschreibung.
