We had to switch rooms three times because I kept receiving the room I did not book. The final room for our stay was not at all what I had reserved. While the staff was very friendly and did their best to assist, the overall condition of the rooms was quite run down. Friends who booked accommodations about 7 km from eBundu Self had much nicer places to stay for a lower price.
Additionally, the Wi-Fi at the lodge was a daily struggle, especially in the rooms. Almost every day, we had to inform Reception to address the issue. The room had a TV, but there was nothing worthwhile to watch; it could have been removed entirely. My overall review for the lodge is 3 out of 5, and it received such a high rating solely due to the excellent staff. The owner should consider staying in some of the rooms themselves to understand if they are truly worth the rates they are charging guests.

The bathrooms are outdated and out of touch. The price was too high. Tue staff is excellent however.

Fan control knob missing and can only work on max
Cold water tap in shower does not open
Airconditioner not working
The best part of this overnight stay was the deck at the restaurant and good pizza and great service by our waiter.
