Good location, around 5 minutes from the transvesuviana train station. Plenty of nice locations where to eat near the apartment. Overall prices in Vico Equense were lower than in Sorrento but higher than in Napoli, especially when looking for dinner spots. The appartment was nice, and the host super helpful and eager to help us with anything, even took us around the town a bit before we left and brought us to Napoli when we had a day trip planned. He was a real joy and positive person to be around. The purple room had a balcony and it was nice to chill there sometimes
The shower was a bit of a nightmare - at least the one pertaining to the purple room. The little holes were mostly blocked and those that still let the water through were splashing in all direction. All in all, no decent shower was had over the stay there. But I do think it's not a deal breaker compared to the other plus points
