Comfort, facilities, hot spring pool, arts and architecture. Staff is very professional and kind. Breakfast was absolutely, so rich, delicious and one of a kind, thank you. This property is beyond any luxury hotel, it is an experience.

The faculty was excellent
The waiter at the dinner was very good and helpful
The butter was very good
1- they do not allow visitors to the rooms,. Our daughter was with us at the check in time waiting for her elder sister to accompany her to the dorms, even though he receptionist was not have the authority to allow her and went to get an exceptional approval from his supervisor!!! This is weird!
2- at breakfast one waitress insisted to pay for the Turkish coffee as it was not part of the buffet which we did, although I think this was her own decision not the hotel policy. I don’t recall that I paid an extra charge in other hotels for a cup of Turkish coffee.
3- tv remote control was not working properly
4- no bags stand

Complicated layout, pool was drained part of the time. Location is poor up a steep hill nothing nearby should provide scooters to local area
