Villa was well equipped and the bedding, sheets, pillows were amazing. The owl hooting at night, the cool breezes and the blooming wisteria smelled heavenly.
It was great having a washer and dryer but the dryer didn’t work. Wet clothes. We made things work hanging clothes all around the villa and turned on the heat. Mostly dried before packing.

It’s such a beautiful place! It was truly my Tuscan dream come true. The grounds are beautiful and our 2-bedroom apartment was super clean, comfortable, great beds and pillows, hot and strong showers, ac in both rooms and the living room. Staff so friendly, can’t recommend this place enough.
We liked everything.

It's a beautiful property! The room is very well equipped.
It's a farm, and the staff work until 5 pm. It would be good if they at least extended the hours until 7 pm in the wine tasting area.

I’m sure other people can like it. I just wished I knew about the reality.
Honestly, I felt a bit misled by the perfect pictures. I didn’t realize we would be staying right at the production site, nor that tourist buses would be coming and going from morning until evening. We occasionally heard sounds from the cellar below, which was unexpected(the guests for the winery tour?).
The room itself was quite dark, the bathroom had a slight smell, and the bed wasn’t very comfortable.
I completely understand that running wine tours and production is essential for the business, but it was not at all what I had imagined. Had I known what the setting was actually like — especially the constant flow of tour buses — I likely wouldn’t have booked this place. I know some guests might not mind these things, but for us, they really affected the experience.
