Great location , very friendly and helpful hosts

Could do with air conditioning as it was very hot and night even with the fan provided

Nat and Justin were so friendly and perfect hosts. They made us feel so welcome and were on hand if needed but didn't intrude in any way. Justin showed us how everything worked made some great suggestions about where to eat and told us the best route into town for supermarkets. Nat helped us to find train times and was very knowledgable about the local area and which cities she thought we might like to visit. The apartment itself was beautiful. It was homely and spotless. The kitchen was very well equipped, we couldn't think of anything that wasn't there! The bed was so comfy and the shower was fab! We enjoyed sitting out for breakfast and sipping a glass of wine in the evening on the terrace. We throughly enjoyed our trip to Carcassone and hopefully will return to stop at The Address again. Thank you Nat and Justin for a truly memorable holiday!

There wasn't anything to dislike about our stay apart from having to go home!

Great little apartment with outside seating area and parking for car, in quiet residential area. Beautifully fitted out with everything you could need. Nat and Justin were great hosts - there if we needed them( booked restaurants and gave tips on visits etc) but we felt completely private. In quiet residential area but only 10 mins walk along the canal to get to town. Thoroughly recommended.

There was nothing really. There is no aircon so we found it hot at night but there was a fan in bedroom and could have window open.

The apartment was beautifully presented and immaculately clean. The owners had gone to so much trouble to ensure that everything we would need for our stay was in the apartment. From beach towels and a parasol to a TV with British channels including BBC! It meant we could keep up with Wimbledon 😃.
