Dobrá lokalita, parkování přímo před apartmánem, výhled na moře a vybavení na přespání je dostatečné. K moři to je z kopce poměrně daleko, na jednu procházku dobré, ale na dlouhodobé ne.
Naprosto neakceptovatelný byl proces ubytování - žádné reakce na zprávy ohledně příjezdu a hlavně uvedení špatné adresy - člověk se pak tedy snaží dostat do jiného domu, kde pochopitelně jsou naštvaní lidé. Paní ubytovatelka se zdála lehce zmatená díky pozdnímu večeru, nicméně procesu ubytování to vskutku nepomohla. Klimatizace bohužel pouze v kuchyni a né v prostoru pro spaní, v létě to tedy může bát problematické.
