We had a wonderful stay right from the start. Our host Hillory met us where we parked our car, our bags were packed onto a donkey, and we were led up to the property. We were blown away by the authenticity of Pyrgos, it is such a stunning little town, with incredible views over the ocean. When we arrived at the house everything was beautifully clean and tidy, there was complimentary water and coffee capsules. Hillory advised us that breakfast would be delivered to our door each morning. She was available throughout our stay and was incredibly helpful. We had the best time :) :) Amazing property, super hosts, fabulous location!

Lovely location, lovely place. Our contact 'John' was very helpful and always available when we had minor maintenance issues. when asked about what was the favourite thing about our week on Santorini my 12 year old said it was the small architects house.

Everything -very clean,well maintained, beautiful outdoor space, great location … the property lived up to its price tag in this regard.

1) it wasn’t the personalized experience suggested by email communication prior to arrival. I was promised donkeys to transfer luggage (instead in their absence, I was the mule), I was also promised a donkey ride around the village for my daughter… she was unfortunately left disappointed. 2) lack of donkeys is perfectly excusable, however my second comment isn’t. The staff used for the (very expensive) transfer was rude, arrogant and disrespectful to an extent that I’ve never experienced in any service industry. I was greeted by him shouting at me because I’d carried my bags to the wrong place despite the fact that I had already apologized for inconveniencing him in that he had to drive for an extra minute and a half. On our second meeting, he actually lied about the location in an attempt to extort extra money, he also attempted to grab my wife’s phone off her while she was trying to phone the manager… so if you don’t enjoy Thugs who attempt to intimidate your wife while attempting to extort money, I wouldn’t recommend using their transfer service.
