The breakfast

The cleaner was amazing 👏 she checked us in earlier than expected and helped us with things we needed. The guy hiring the skis was amazing. We got everything cheaper than expected. Free breakfast is a bonus! The place has a pool and spa, games room for kids and relaxing. Little kitchen to heat up food and make drinks. The room has loads of storage area and a bar fridge. Kids are allow in the bar until 9pm. There's 2 pool table to enjoy for free! There's a fire place too.

The carpet in the bedroom looks dull.

Rooms need a renovation

The room was clean, warm and comfortable, with beds were comfortable. The location was good, just a short walk to the village centre, making it easy to access everything Mt Buller has to offer.

Unfortunately, there were several aspects of our stay that were disappointing. Our room was located directly above the nightclub, with loud music continuing into the early hours of the morning, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. In addition, our room opened directly onto the children's playroom, which remained open until 11:00 pm. While we appreciate that the resort is family-friendly, the level of noise from the playroom made it challenging to relax in our room during the evening. The included breakfast was also below expectations. We arrived at approximately 9:30 am, only 30 minutes after breakfast service began, yet there was no bread available for toast and the yoghurt had already run out. Unfortunately, these items were not replenished, which left us disappointed with what was otherwise a convenient offering.
