Costa Bitezhan Beach Hotel

I have been staying at this hotel for years, and it has consistently exceeded my expectations. The location is unbeatable, the food is excellent, and the service is truly exceptional. What really sets this hotel apart, though, is the outstanding customer care. I would like to give my special thanks to Mr. Çağlar at the reception desk, who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. He was incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring that every detail was taken care of. His kindness and dedication to guest satisfaction truly made a difference. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again and again. A special thank you to Çağlar for making my stays even more memorable!

Everything was great.

Perfect location and beautiful environment. Everyone was so friendly, especially Naz, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She contacted us before arrival to reassure us that everything was ready and made us feel very comfortable from the beginning. The rooms very cute, we had the best sea view and pool view, the pools big, the breakfast is delicious as well as ther dinner on the beach!

One small improvement would be to make access easier for guests with a baby and pram, for example by providing clearer guidance or assistance with the stairs, as it was a bit challenging at times.

Staff were incredible (special thanks to Naz, Caglar and Nilay). Initial room was a bit small but they were able to accommodate a switch. It had a very authentic feel. Great bar! Breakfast had everything you could wish for. Loved it!

Property was wonderful. Only critique is that the carpet in the hallway was out dated.

We were only there for a short time. After we saw the room reserved for us, we didn't think twice and left the hotel and booked another one. The carpet in the stairwell had unappetizing stains. The bathroom was calcified and there was slight mold. The bed was small and not very comfortable, the room was not as shown on the internet, small and had no closet to speak of.

What surprised us was the rating of 9.2 which prompted us to book the hotel. This hotel may be ok for people without high standards, but at this stage it certainly doesn't deserve a 9.2 rating, but a maximum of 6. This is despite the friendly receptionist. The hotel agent did not want to refund our money for the whole week we had booked; this will now have to be done through a law firm. Unfortunately I can't say anything positive, it was disappointing.
