Costa Bitezhan Beach Hotel

What an amazing warm Welcome from Naz and Denis to start our stay, thank you. A lovely spot right on the beach. We wished we had booked to stay longer here.

-Our stay in Costa bitezhan was great due to its convenient location, which made it easy to reach most locations within a reasonable time period, given that we had a car. -The pool size was decent and so was the private beach area which elevated our stay. -The staff were friendly and cooperative especially Naz at the reception who upgraded us to a better room upon our arrival and made sure everything went smooth and comfortably which made the overall experience much better. -The breakfast was nice and had quite the variety, with a spacious dining area around the pool.

- Even though the room was comfortable and convenient some amenities were abit worn out, and needed small improvements but nothing that bothersome so didn’t sense the urgency to report it to the hotel. We were not requesting room cleaning everyday however the minimal times that we did ,I noticed that the bed sheets were not changed at all as there was a noticeable stain, which wasn’t something major though, however towels were changed and the room was organized well each time to say the least. So No free dedicated parking space which was already mentioned, however I managed to find parking easily around the hotel at most times and wasn’t that far or inconvenient.

Lovely, quiet hotel at the end of the bay. We were lucky to be given a room upgrade to a seaview balcony room and complementary drinks while we waited for it to be prepared. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Nice breakfast. A lovely clean pool.

Minor issue..If you were not early for breakfast, there wasn't always as much choice. Rooms not very soundproof.

We were only there for a short time. After we saw the room reserved for us, we didn't think twice and left the hotel and booked another one. The carpet in the stairwell had unappetizing stains. The bathroom was calcified and there was slight mold. The bed was small and not very comfortable, the room was not as shown on the internet, small and had no closet to speak of.

What surprised us was the rating of 9.2 which prompted us to book the hotel. This hotel may be ok for people without high standards, but at this stage it certainly doesn't deserve a 9.2 rating, but a maximum of 6. This is despite the friendly receptionist. The hotel agent did not want to refund our money for the whole week we had booked; this will now have to be done through a law firm. Unfortunately I can't say anything positive, it was disappointing.
