La casa es cómoda, es amplia y tiene una buena dotación en la cocina. El Señor Diego (administrador) es muy amable. Hay otro señor que realiza vigilancia nocturna para mayor seguridad de los huéspedes.
La puerta de la casa se caía frecuentemente, no hay control autónomo para encender el aire acondicionado sino que hay que solicitarlo al propietario de la casa, en la piscina algunas baldosas están en mal estado, el Internet no coge bien en el segundo piso de la casa por eso no se puede ver televisión en la habitación principal. Debería haber más provisión de toallas de baño y de toallas de piscina.
