Silver Beach Apart Complex

The room is huge, clean and very comfortable. We liked the small kitchen, the balcony and the sea view. The beach is nice and you have a direct access from the hotel to the beach. They have a nice access system to hotel building, room, gym, beach etc. using an electronic bracelet! Large enough to remove it when you sleep or when you take a shower... Amazing! Also, there was easy to find a parking spot right in front of the hotel! Thank you for this short holiday! We will definetely come back this summer!

The place was very good in quite area near the beach. Appartment was spacy what was important.

It will be good have some more equipment in kitchen and towels

The location is good, close to the sea, and the view from the apartment is nice. The pool area itself could be nice if properly maintained. Some stuff members of the hotel were very helpfully and accommodative.

The property was misrepresented online. • The apartment was dirty, floors damaged, and the room not up to a “deluxe” standard. • Photos on the website show amenities that don’t exist, such as the beach setup with umbrellas and lounge chairs in front of the property and a play area slide that isn’t actually there. Also convenience store is not on site either. • Several maintenance issues were reported (broken light, damaged door, missing frying pan and other kitchen essentials and malfunctioning fixtures). I stayed at the hotel 2 weeks and it took them a week to make all of the repairs after I’ve been reporting this issues from the moment I checked in the room. • Some staff members at the desk were rude when I requested fresh towels, even though I was due for a change. • The environment was very noisy at night with no enforcement of quiet hours, and smoking was allowed everywhere — including balconies and pool areas — creating an unsafe environment for my 4-year-old child. This stay caused me significant inconvenience, extra expenses, and made the vacation very stressful.
