About this house rental
BUNGALOW consists of a room with 4 beds (a double bed, a bunk bed and a wardrobe), a bathroom (toilet, sink and shower) and kitchen with refrigerator, sink, gas hob, table 4 chairs and outdoor table (there are no pots and dishes), there is no air conditioning, water, gas and bed linen are included in the price.
Pets, dogs, cats, etc. are allowed , kept in custody, damage to property and holes in the garden will be charged.
Extra cost is the tourist tax of € 0.70 per person per day, children under 12 are exempt from the tax.
The beach is located at c. to. 300 meters, near (about 200 meters) there are supermarkets and restaurants, there is a free return bus service to the Punta Sabbioni terminal, at the time of booking an advance of 30% of the holiday price is required, for any clarification or information

Very cozy and clean. Sea nearby. Very good pizzeria / restaurant just around the corner. Only disappointment was that we could not visit the aquapark in the neighbourhood. It belongs to the camping village. Otherwise everything good.

Consigliato.
Casette carine in un bellissimo giardino ombreggiato e fiorito, munite di vari comfort: parcheggio davanti casa, tavolo con sedie in veranda, stendino, zanzariere a calamità ad ogni porta/finestra, ventilatore, tavolo interno e cucina ben funzionanti, bagni senza bidet ma con phon, detersivo piatti e mani, asciugamani e strofinaccio cucina per primo uso, pedane da terra e lenzuola, servizio wifi ben funzionante, no tv. Unico neo le reti dei letti, ma presente biancheria da camera.
Il gestore Alberto risponde immediatamente, molto gentile e disponibile.
I bungalow sono in zona tranquilla, vicino al mare e ristorante/pizzeria (O Sole Mio) e supermercato ben fornito (Punta Gialla, con zona edicola/libreria).
Tra i bungalow e il mare ci sono i grandi campeggi, che occupano la pineta.
Spiaggia enorme, in minima parte gestita con ombrelloni e quasi tutta libera. Presenti giochi acquatici (a pagamento), docce e bagni liberi e ben puliti e funzionanti.
Sulla spiaggia ci sono alcuni bar/ristoranti h24 che offrono pranzi con hamburger e insalatone a prezzi contenuti e cene molto ricercate (a prezzi e servizio diversi dal pranzo...)
In serata, per chi non risiede nei campeggi, c'è grande tranquillità. Per chi vuole il passeggio o lo shopping, consiglio di andare direttamente al Lido di Jesolo, dove troverete decine di ristoranti, gelaterie, negozi ecc ecc!

Doelmatig verblijf, schoon, maar beetje klein voor 4 volwassenen. Vriendelijk contact met de eigenaar. Goede locatie naar strand en naar veerboot naar Venetie.
