A disappointing surprise

The location is a 10/10. It’s very close to the beach, with parking available. The beach is just a few dozen meters from the accommodation, and the lifeguard there was one of the best I’ve ever seen. I really appreciated the balcony, as well as the plenty of chairs and seating in the living room. Another big plus is the well-equipped kitchen.

Yes, we knew the accommodation didn’t provide bed linens, which was fine since we had our own sleeping bags. But there weren’t even basics like dish towels, dish soap, a sponge, a dustpan, a trash bin, toilet paper, or hand soap. The apartment smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the blankets had a terribly musty odor. There’s no Wi-Fi (something I honestly didn’t think to even check for in a developed country like Italy in 2025). You’re required to leave the accommodation by 9:00 AM, with the recommended key return at 8:30… And on top of that, you have to clean up after yourself, which is made much more unpleasant by the fact that there’s no sponge, no cleaning products, no dustpan, and no trash bin provided. We were traveling across Europe with our family, so luckily we had some of these things with us. But for someone who doesn’t bring half their household and kitchen on the road, it could be a really frustrating experience. The final straw was the number of mosquitoes and even finding a few cockroaches in the kitchen. I wouldn’t say this is the worst place we’ve ever stayed, but it’s all the little things that leave you annoyed and disappointed. Sure, you can spend the night here. But will you enjoy it? Probably not. Paying €100 a night only to head straight to the supermarket to buy toilet paper isn’t exactly the experience you hope for. And on your last day, setting an alarm just to make sure you leave on time doesn’t make it any better. Even more than having cockroaches in the kitchen—which is already an issue—I was frustrated by the unfriendly attitude toward guests. Why not leave a single bar of soap in the bathroom? Why not wash the blankets once in a while? Travelers are the ones bringing you money. At least show them a little appreciation."

Hidden expenses! Stay alert!

Location was good, close to the see (about 300 meters), big balcony with shadow from the beautiful trees, clean swimming pool, quiet and clean location with 2 shops and 2 pizza's within walking distance .

The pool was closed from 13:30 until 15:30 and after 20:30. The beach close to the residence is for paying customers only (15 euro a day) which was not described in the booking.com offer. If you get a room/hotel close to the beach you should be able to use the beach. We got chased away from the beach like criminals because we didn't have money with us. Extra 16 euro tax at check in for papers etc. Which was also not Included in the booking.com offer

spokojny s ubytovanim, cena k pomeru ubytovania velmi dobra, naozaj super, blizko plaze 3minuty pešo

čisto, kusok od plaže, pekne prostredie, vyborna komunikacia s agendurou, vsetko prebehlo podla dohody, moznost ubytovania sa so psom, velky boiler a dostatok teplej vody pocas celeho ubytovania 😃

trocha uz vylezany madrac na manzelskej posteli a chybala rychlovarna konvica..ale to je detail, dala sa nahradit klasickym zohrievanim vody na elektrickom šporáku 😉

Katastrophal

Positiv- Die Anlage ,der Pool und die Außenflächen sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Negativ- Wohnung 1a Alles was mit der angemieteten Wohnung zu tun hat Was ich da für einen Wochenpreis von 1309, -€ bekommen habe ist einfach nur eine Sauerei. Die Glühlampen auf den 2 Balkonen ,in der Diele defekt.Im Bad nur eine Fassung mit Glühlampe Das gesamte Mobiliar und auch das Inventar sind für den Sperrmüll 3 kleine Gläser, 3 Espressotassen, 3große Tassen und das für eine Ferienwohnung die für 5Personen vorgesehen ist. Gammelige zerfetzte Polster . Die Schränke öffnet man mit Kabelbindern. Zum trocknen der Geschirrtücher gibt es eine verrostete Stange mit verrosteten Haken. Der Toilettensitz zu klein und am Deckel ein ganzes Stück abgebrochen. So etwas versifftes habe ich noch nie gesehen. In ca.30. Jahren Urlaub in Italien habe ich sowas noch nicht erlebt.
