La Vista de Medina By La Vista Medina Stays

Kirsty was a fantastic host. Her communication from pre stay until leaving was superb, going above and beyond expectations. The apartment was beautifully decorated with great views to the coast and Cádiz and the pool was perfect for a refreshing dip. We had a great stay and came away feeling very relaxed.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Lovely apartment, very clean. Comfy bed.

On the booking it said that our apartment had a private balcony. It didn't. The owners and I had been in contact prior to our arrival with detailed instructions including 2 videos about arrival, entry to the property, and parking information on whatsapp. When I messaged and phoned them to check if we were in the correct room there was no response. Very disappointed. Had I known that Room 7 didn't have a private balcony I definitely would not have booked it. Feels like we were mis sold the accomodation. Also, we were looking forward to dining at the beautiful restaurant, but it didn't appear to be open during our 4 night stay in July.
