Well for starters it is in the most beautiful location with stunning views of Kalantos bay. We cycled from Filoti to Kalantos and were pretty exhausted when we got there but arrived to the friendliest couple who run this establishment. Even though they can’t speak much English we managed to communicate and we served the most delicious meal. They went out of their way to meet our needs! The complimentary ice cream bought to our room was so special. The breakfast with home made marmalade was exceptional.

Super isolated location, very quiet best option to stay away from crowded places. Stuff extremely friendly. Perfect to stay with even small kids:)

La baia, il silenzio, l’assenza di folla, la spiaggia abbastanza protetta dai venti con un’acqua molto bella, una certa autenticità. Le stanze sono essenziali ma nuove e pulite. Pace e serenità e il mare a 5 min a piedi.
La distanza da qualsiasi servizio o struttura alternativa. Il posto più vicino è Filoti che si trova a 50 min di macchina di cui 20 di sterrato impegnativo. No supermarket no caffè taverna o bar. Quindi se si pensa di non muoversi da lì bisogna comprare cose e soprattutto prelevare dato che nel 2025 ancora ti raccontano che il bancomat non funziona. Tanto più che nella stanza mancano i servizi basici (bottiglie d’acqua all’arrivo, caffè…). Manca anche un menù con i prezzi quindi quando si paga, oltre ad avere parecchio cash, occorre anche non innervosirsi perché solo a quel punto si scopre che i prezzi sono abbastanza alti e non giustificati se non dal fatto che la coppia che gestisce il luogo deve andare alla chora a fare la spesa al supermercato. E a Naxos la benzina costa 2 euro al lt..
