La situationl
L’etat général de l’appartement et la propreté, le matelas de la grande chambre trop dure et sale car pas de protège matelas, l’état de la douche du couloir. Le bouton de la chasse des toilettes , le volet dans la petite chambre. l’isolation car on entend tout dès qu’il y a quelqu’un au-dessus ou en-dessous. Mettre des poubelles dans les salles de douche et dans la pièce du chauffe-eau. Mettre 2 porte-papiers wc. Indiquez dans votre annonce petite place de parking et pas de construction récente car c’est faux. Il y a une odeur désagréable dans la cuisine quand on ouvre les tiroirs à côté du lave-vaisselle ou que l’on utilise le lave-vaisselle. Cela provient de l’évacuation de l’eau.
