House was very comfortable and homely. Beds were the most comfortable we slept in on whole trip. Great views. Host Frankie was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend

Perfect position had everything we needed lots of space. We loved the access to the river to sit and have dinner and drinks. Close to the city whilst feeling like you’re in the country

Location was good.Close to shops.20 mins to Hobart and right on the river.
General maintenance was poor. Example screen door to patio was difficult to open,one panel in en-suite shower came adrift-garden was unkempt and doesn’t look anything like what is shown on the web site.Bedroom cupboard doors don’t open properly.
