Cozy and elegant villa used as a holiday home surrounded by a large garden hosting majestic trees, surrounded by the greenery of the enchanting countryside of Ragusa, perfect for nature lovers.
The villa houses the apartment described above, an annex for two people and another apartment for private use of the owners.
Its strategic position allows you to stay in total relaxation while easily reaching the most characteristic places of what has now become one of the most fascinating and visited Val di Noto.
From Ragusa Ibla (shooting location of the film "The Commissioner Montalbano"), in Marina di Ragusa and surrounding areas (Punta Secca- "Casa di Montalbano"), at the Castle of Donnafugata where the film "Il Gattopardo" was shot.
The house has two double bedrooms, a double bedroom convertible into double (3 rooms for a total of 6 beds), a large
kitchen and a comfortable bathroom, all furnished in Sicilian style.
On request a cradle offered for free.
Large veranda that surrounds the entire villa.
The offer for our guests includes linen (sheets and towels), detergents and detergents, hair dryer, iron, TV, barbecue, outdoor shower and
everything you need to spend a holiday at home.
Welcome basket, fresh drinks and sweets.
In the property there are two half-breed, medium-sized, very docile dogs and a box with farm animals (hens, ducks and geese).

La casa è situata a mezza collina con un frondoso giardino di alberi diversi fornita di tutto. Gradevole la presenza dei cani, delle oche e delle galline, ottime le uova! I proprietari sempre disponibili e discreti. Un applauso al signor Nunzio!
Tra le spiagge suggerite da Alice, le più belle per noi sono state Randello e Caucana raggiungibili in 20 minuti. Ragusa Ibla, Scicli e Modica si raggiungono velocemente. Da non perdere il parco della foce dell'Irminio. Una vacanza rilassante.
