We know this development really well and would have no hesitation in returning. In fact, we will most probably return next year and will have no issues returning to the same apartment. Improvements to the development are being made such as a Carrefour and a Pharmacy and the Clubhouse is always busy. The Par 3 Golf is well maintained and reasonable cost wise.
There are only two things that could be improved in my opinion - the wi-fi signal didn't seem strong enough to deal with both our phones and an iPad at the same time and the pillows need replacing with new ones. The pool doesn't open until May but that wasn't an issue.

Nice spacious and clean apartment with good AC. It's nice and quiet too, except in the early mornings when the garbage is collected in the street, but keeping the windows shut keeps it quiet inside. Our contact people were very friendly and made us feel at home from the very beginning. We were even allowed to change our check-in and check-out time which made our trip more comfortable. Communication with the contact people went via Whatsapp.
The swimming pool was nice to relax in in the morning and evening when we had time.
The apartment has two bathrooms.
The kitchen is very well equipped, except for cleaning products. Don't buy any salt, because there are several kgs in a top cupboard already :-) we added sugar and tea to the pantry.
If you don't plan to visit the beach of Benalmádena often, i can recommend this apartment because of the quietness, cleanliness and because there's always a place to park your car.
The apartment is very complete, that's why we were maybe expecting there to be hand soap (and possibly shower gel and shampoo) in the bathroom and dishwasher tablets or detergent in the kitchen.
It's location is not very close to the beach, but it does have a view on the mountains from the balcony and the swimming pool.
The spring mattresses on the beds become less comfortable after a week, but it's not too bad.
