Lagoon House Rekawa

At first, we were slightly hesitant about this booking, as the property had only a few reviews and we had been planning our honeymoon for many months. Looking back, choosing Lagoon House was the best decision. We spent 8 nights there, and it turned into the most beautiful vacation we could have imagined. We were the only guests, which made the stay exceptionally intimate. Ranmali took wonderful care of us throughout our stay. She is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. Every morning we discussed the meals for the day, all of them prepared specially for us and served at any time we wished. The food was absolutely delicious and of excellent quality. The family room was spacious and comfortable, with perfect air conditioning. The fully covered bathroom was a big plus, as it kept insects out. The entire place is filled with calm, silence, and a sense of deep relaxation. What truly makes Lagoon House extraordinary is the surrounding nature. It feels like living in a private paradise garden. During our stay we observed colorful birds, pelicans, peacocks, monkeys, monitor lizards, squirrels, and many other animals right around us. We went kayaking on the lagoon twice and experienced unforgettable, breathtaking sunsets. We are giving this place a full 10/10 without any hesitation. We were absolutely enchanted, and this stay will remain how we imagine a perfect honeymoon and holiday should feel. We wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommend staying here.

Lagoon house was amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were huge and the beds were comfortable. They provided a cooked breakfast by the pool/sea each morning which was great. Only a 15 min walk to a stunning beach. Highly recommended

The location is very special overlooking the lagoon. Pool is great to relax by and the food was very good. Lovely pool side setting for dinner. Easy 15min walk to the beach. Laundry can be arranged easily.

Nothing to dislike. Just to point out that the area is quiet and that will suit some but not all. Note, do take your own alcohol (they can’t sell it) though it’s possible to have someone pick this up for you if you forget. The house has a private entrance so call ahead if you have trouble locating it.
