Clean, safe and wonderful room

The room was very clean and felt safe. For a room its size it was well equipped. And the breakfast was very good and worth every penny. The owner is really kind and helped us with everything we needed. Our stay was so comfortable that we decided to stay another 10 nights. We’d definitely visit again.

Safe, clean and welcoming atmospher

The clean environment and the safe & welcoming atmosphere combined with an easy access to beautiful hiking trails made our stay at Baita Scaia perfect. All our questions were answered, we even got help when we needed and the owners really cared about how their guests were doing. The studio apartment was well equipped, super clean and you can’t forget the amazing views. The breakfast was also fantastic and worth every penny! We’d definitely visit again.

The best Italian holidays in the best place.

We really loved the service, staff, how clean the place was. The breakfasts with desserts were the best surprise for us. I can recommend this place from the bottom of my heart.

Beautiful place to stay.

Very friendly, incredibly beautiful location and very simple. I only stayed for two nights and didn't spend much time in the room, but the owners were very helpful and couldn't do enough, including messaging me in advance to assure me that I could get in ok despite a late arrival.

Very good ski trip

The owner, Alberto is the charming, helpfull man. The apartment is very clean and is very well equipped. Kitchen equipment is sufficient for preparing hot meals. The Cogolo is a very nice, climatic place with 2-3 pizzerias, sport shop, grocery shop, souvenir shop. The town is worth a lot of walking. Parking the car in a closed garage and outside the building.

If you need, big mugs have to be taken from your own home. There are only small and bigger cups. The building is located quite high and it would be difficult to walk in ski boots to the skibus - it's a fairly steep approach. I recommend traveling by car to the ski lifts - ca. 12km to Marilleva 900.

Luogo ideale per un piacevole momento di relax

La Baita è in un'ottima posizione per fare passeggiate tranquille. E comunque, in 10 minuti si raggiunge Peio Fonti con i suoi impianti sciistici. Le camere sono comode, e la colazione è molto abbondante, sia dolce che salata. I proprietari preparano ogni giorno buonissimi dolci fatti in casa.

Accoglienza eccellente! Struttura essenziale ma perfetta per passare dei giorni vicino alle piste Camera pulita e colazione golossissima! Possibilità di parcheggiare l’auto in garage e depositare scii e scarponi in locale riscaldato

Tout ! L’établissement est très propre, il est décoré du hall d’entrée aux chambres de manière très personnalisée et soigneuse.
