It would be great if fellow guests would be requested to talk on their phones or listen to podcasts or YouTube in their apartment and not out on their balcony.

Fantastic

The host was very forthcoming and friendly. The apartment, although the living area is a bit small, the outside area is very comfortable with an amazing view of the sunset and mainland.

A perfect relaxing break.

The apartment was clean and well equipped with a fantastic view. The pool was an added bonus. Great location with a nice walk into Preko for more restaurants etc. The owners were so helpful and welcoming. We did not want to leave.

Amazing!

Very nice and clean apartment with stunning views over Kali harbour from the balcony and windows. Lovely, quiet pool area also with the same wonderful view. A truly wonderful and relaxing place.

Nice stay near the beach

It had a pool, and it was near the beach.

They did not have a doorbell so that when people are coming to stay at the hotel, they know who to contact.

Lovely accommodation, great pool, beautiful view

Lovely accommodation, great pool, beautiful view, easy (though steep) access to beach area once you find the short cut down past the pool, supermarket open all week less than 10 min walk away. Everything was great, but wasn't easy to find owner to check in as no reception area. Once you realise that you need to phone or text her, she is always v quick to respond and very helpful. Useful to have Aircon in evenings. Not as many tourists here compared to other places and we liked the relative calmness.

Nothing - everything was great 😁. Tip...consider hiring a car or moped as bus service is infrequent (note that bus times at the stop signal the time it left the initial departure point, NOT the time it will arrive at your stop 😂).

Excellent place for relaxing and also to use for doing day trips on the island.

Isabelle, the owner was very helpful and friendly, arranging taxi and everything. Really nice place to stay for some days. Lovely pool and place for relaxing. Short walk to the center of the village and the two restaurants that was still open. Season closing so they close too. I can highly recommend this place for vacation.

Unfortunately the house is close to the road so at 6-7 in the morning there is a lot of traffic. Nothing to do about it though.

Super well equipped apartment, comfy beds and lovely bathroom. The balcony was gorgeous with amazing view of town, pool and sea. The pool was a real treat for the kids. The owners were super friendly and helpful

The balcony is unbestable. Good location, walking distance to everything. Super friendly host.

very little. i walked from the port along the sea it wss about 30 mins to find the appts. i was tired and weary. i spoke to the host, she tried secure me a taxi. but it was of season,. Id just missed a bus. the place is amazing.

Amazing apartment located on a hill side, with breathtaking views outside the window. We really liked two big balconies, both with seaside views. It was clean and with all of the necessary equipment. Also, there are many shops, beaches and restaurants within walking distance. Owners were incredibly kind and extremely helpful! I highly recommend it and will visit again!

Amazing days in Uglian

The hostess was super kind and gave us lots of useful recommendations. The pool, the BBQ and the view from the balcony were amazing. Also the location was convenient because it was close to the ferry, beaches and supermarkets (we had a car).

The apartment could have had more kitchen utensils and appliances. The bathroom had no ventilation and towel hangers were loose.

Lovely accommodation with amazing views and superb hosts!

We loved the apartment, the pool, the view and the area. Ugljan is beautiful and we enjoyed relaxing and exploring! We all loved the swimming area near the apartment and also enjoyed exploring other beaches nearby. The hosts are so thoughtful and caring and really go the extra mile… they were amazing and we’re so grateful for all that they did for us. We will definitely be back!

One of the best experiences

In summary, everything, far beyond perfect. Owner was fulfilling all pandemic restrictions/recommendations (mask, desinfection everywhere, distance, touchless contact, regual desinfection of all contact places). Owner tries to help me with everything I needed. Like bring extra towels, give me directions and advice for good touristically places, etc. I felt like I was home. Also I liked the pool, which was also constantly cleaned. Apartment was nice and clean, ready for my arrival, and bed was nicely prepared (artistic touch). In summary, it was one of the best experience I ever had. Next time I visit Croatia, I will book this apartment right away.

The staff was extremely helpful with everything and did a wonderful job making our stay as pleasant as possible. The apartment was clean and spacious and offered an absolutely stunning view over the Kali Habour.

Wine on a balcony with a view

The host was super nice, she prepared two types of wine, beer, some local food and cookies for my arrival. Easy communication before and during my stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, with tea, coffee, salt. The balcony is big, with a great view and that was my favorite place to spend time. Strong wifi. Clean.

The only problem I had was that it was pretty cold in February, but that's to be expected from a Dalmatian apartment in winter ;) The AC was blowing hot air, but it couldn't heat the whole place. The dogs upstairs (cannot come near you) bark when someone new is coming, but calm down as soon as they see the owner is not alarmed.

Wunderbarer Badeurlaub.

Die Lage und die Aussicht vom Balkon waren wunderbar. Der Pool wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt und von uns auch täglich genutzt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mit dem Sohn haben wir eine wunderschöne Bootstour in andere Buchten zum Baden unternommen.
