    I had booked 3 Three beded and 1 four beded room for my family and children,of 13 paople,at Hotel Mahalxmi Indo Myanmar,guwahati on 22/12/2025. But After reaching at hotel in The early Morning at 3 am on 22/12/25,I was told from the reception that they had a booking for 4 single bed room for only 4 adult individuals ,and cannot provide accomodation for rest of the 9 people(4 ladies & 5 Children). At this situation we were totally helpless and in very awkward situation infront of my Family.I had tried many times to contact you but cannot reach you.The entire MONEY OF ABOVE BOOKING IS FORFEITED and I had to make a fresh booking of 3 Three beded and 1 four bebed room with very high price. This type of CHEATING ACTIVITY FROM AGODA IS UNEXPECTED. From next time onwards,we had decided that not to have any association with AGODA and we had already shared this incident to all my Friends,relatives and Colleagues and told them not to book anything with AGODA. AGODA is Big Cheater. We also Share this incident in all the SOCIAL MEDIA,so that nobody fall in this Cheating Trap of AGODA. HOWEVER,THIS IS MY EARNEST REQUEST TO YOU TO REFUND MY MONEY OF THE ABOVE BOOKING OF Rs.6400/- . Hope you will do the needful. My REQUEST TO YOU THAT IN FUTURE ,DON'T DO THIS TYPE OF CHEATING TO GRAB MONEY TO ANYBODY TRAVELLING WITH LEDIES AND CHILDREN.BECAUSE IT IS OF GREAT HARRASMENT AND INSECURITY. WE HAD LOST THE TRUST ON YOU. I WAS INTERESTED FOR AGODA FROM YOUR AD IN TV BY BOLLYWOOD STAR,ALIA BHAT AND RANVER,but our Experience with you is very BITTER AND WE WILL REMEMBER YOU AS CHEATER AND FRAUD .

    I would definitely recommend this hotel. Right from behaviour of staff at reception to the room service staff...all are well behaved and courteous. The service is very prompt. The room was small but tidy. The only thing I recommend would be to provide a fiew wall/door brackets/hooks in bathroom to hang clothes. Also please provide handwash. These are small but essential things. Also the shower head of room 209 has to be replaced. Apart from these I had quite a pleasant stay at the hotel.
