Es war ein sehr gastfreundlicher Empfang von Georgia, der Managerin. Sie ist sehr hilfsbereit und ist immer da, wenn man eine Frage hatte.
Die Lage am Strand war für uns perfekt.
Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt.
Der Ausblick auf das Meer und die kleine Insel ist wunderschön.
Es gibt eigentlich nichts zu bemängeln.
Ich würde an der Beachbar ein paar schöne Pflanzen hinstellen, dann wäre diese etwas aufgewertet.
Aber auch so ok.

The hotel's location is ideal for exploring western Crete.
The room is equipped with everything that will make your stay more pleasant, you can also cook, but it is better to eat in restaurants on the beach or in the town, 100 meters away. The view from my apartment of the sea and the swimming pool was beautiful, just amazing! There is a bar by the pool where you can also have lunch and get drinks. The swimming pool is large, with an additional paddling pool. Access to the beach, umbrellas and hotel loungers were free. Parking right in front of the hotel entrance, enough space. The friendliness of the staff, ready to help and provide any information, especially Giorgia was very nice and professional!

l'emplacement et la taille de l'hébergement, la literie confortable.
Accueil très rapide de la gérante, café le lendemain pour échanger nos passeports et faire connaissance... facturé au prix fort. Le jour d'après nous la saluons et partons profiter des lits et parasols sur la plage. Elle passe 3 heures plus tard pour nous dire que nous devons les payer... Si nous nous référons aux commentaires précédents d'autres voyageurs ont pu en profiter gratuitement. Par contre, juste un peu plus loin sur la droite, un bar à cocktails très sympa louent des lits à la plage également et pour moins chers. Comme nous étions très autonomes avec notre voiture nous avons beaucoup circulé.
Au niveau de la chambre, nous avons signalé dès notre arrivée que la douche dysfonctionnait elle nous a souri et n'a rien fait. C'est le tout dernier jour qu'elle nous a longuement parlé, sourire, etc.. en nous demandant le fameux commentaire positif de notre expérience. C'est dommage car il en faudrait peu pour en faire un vrai petit paradis.
