Nightcap at Pymble Hotel

The staff were friendly and quickly did their best to help resolve the issue. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to increase the heat in the room, but they kindly provided me with an extra blanket. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Heating issues require attention as we could not get the room much above getting rid of the chill which was bearable. A couple of degrees higher would make it comforatable. The bathroom exhaust fan was/is not working, and the ceiling paint is peeling off and looks as though it could fall on someone using the toilet — a little fun to imagine, ha! ha!, but still worth noting. There was also a sign asking guests to keep the bathroom door closed because the steam can set off the alarm and the fire brigade will come. It may be worth making the exhaust fan operational, as that could help prevent the issue from happening.

Room not ready at arrival and checkin time...didnt take long but staff off hand about it and it had bern a long day already

I asked for the breakfast box's to be brought up to our room, the manager said I'll bring them right up. However, it never arrived. I like the complimentary drink & the 10% discount on food. Overall, it is a very handy place & excellent location for a short stay. The water bottles in the fridge are good as well!

The breakfast box's would have been useful to have something prior to getting on the road. I didn't ask again.

It was clean and the shower was high pressure.

The hotel’s bistro food was appalling, the bistro/bar was totally understaffed and service was terrible and the noise from the pub made sleeping before the midnight close near impossible.
