Family Location

The staff were very friendly and we had a buggy that took us to the beach everyday, also we had beach chair and umbrellas as part of the package which is very good. As well the complementary massage was very good.

Overall good but the check out times was the only issue. I thought was from 2pm to 8pm as booking.com said when I managed my reservation but it turned out to be until 11am - my advice will be to check properly the check out time before the last day

Very pleasant stay

We had a pleasant stay and a positive experience overall. What we didn't expect but turned out to be a great addition to our stay was the sun beds on the beach which were included with our stay. There is a parking spot exclusive for the hotel just at the hotel entrance. The room we stayed in was clean and it stayed cool even without turning on AC. Staff was very friendly amd professional. Breakfast had lots of options to chose from. Pool was cleaned and maintained every day. Also there was a buggy service from the hotel to pick you up from the hotel and take you to the beach and viceversa. The hotel is 5 min walk from the beach (there are some construction work in progress around the hotel which make walking to the beach a bit uneasy) It seems like they are doing a great job in offering a very pleasant stay for the guests. Kudos to the whole Sarajet staff

The small refrigirator in the room would make a bit of noise which can be a bit irritating at night if you are a light sleeper. Bed was a bit hard for our liking. Even though we were in the summer season, at some point we tried turning the AC to hot but it would still blow out cool air after letting it run for some minutes (maybe it is was centrally controlled and it would override our command) Not a deal breaker but worth mentioning: Wifi connection not very stable (and slow) in the room we stayed in, it would get disconneded or stay connected without internet. You had to be at specific spots in the room to get a good stable connection.

Room was big enough, very clean and comfortable. The hotel is close to the beach, but it also has a nice pool. The whole architecture and the garden is amazing, the staff is very helpful. Eva and Bruna were fantastic. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists and my friends. See you next time :)

Amazing hotel where you can relax

The property was very clean and had a pleasant atmosphere and environment. Everyone in the hotel were super nice and helpful, spoke good English. Hotel had a very relaxed home like atmosphere. The room was spacious and everything was in good condition and worked. The beach is not far from the hotel, even though it is through the car road. The beach facilities and services were great, you don’t need to worry or go out from the area. There are few markets on the beach with all essential things. The bar “sunset till sunrise” is the place worth coming back to.

Breakfast could have more options, but the food was decent and coffee was amazing.

Amazing hotel, with super confort family room.Very clean, amazing staff to help you and make you feel at home. Quiet, very elegant, great pools and wonderful gardens and sea views. The room had every detail you need with great daily cleaning. Great buffet breakfast. Both for families or couples or friends everyone is welcome there. Walking distance to private beach. Super luxury stay , will definately come back. Just amazing. Thanks Eva, Bruna and the rest of the staff.

Good location, close distance to the beach. Good view of the ocean from the room. Good size room

Doesn't feel like a 4 star hotel, maybe 3 on a good day The room needs updating, floor needs changing, bathroom paint was cracking, there was a hatchet in the ceiling that seemed about to fall on our heads at any time, some open electric sockets, windows that wouldn't close properly. We had to ask for pillows because we only had one each We also had to ask for a lamp for one of the bedside tables, we received one completely different with green light Duvet had no cover Needed to wait over 10 minutes to get hot water Breakfast is bland, cold and unimaginative The is no phone in the room The minibar was unplugged with nothing inside, not even a tray with glasses The off site parking space is completely covered in rubbish

Superb

We had a very relaxing stay. The kids loved the pool, we could use it all day until 10pm. An air mattress was usually in the pool, we were allowed to use our own water toys as well. Warm welcome and nice staff. Breakfast was sufficient, you can always order more. As far as we have seen, you can also order pizza during the day. Dinner only in the surrounding restaurants or Hotel 2. For a family it was worth staying in Hotel 1 even though the way to the beach was longer (larger poolarea, larger property). 10 Minutes walk down to the beach was ok, you can also take the car and drive down. Convenient payment possibilities.

Lots of greenery, exemplary cleanliness (bed linen and towels changed daily), peace and privacy.

Far from the beach, they do not offer sunbeds on the beach, so they must be rented on the beach, limited breakfast (menu) but filling.

I loved absolutely everything in this hotel. Our stay was amazing! The territory Sarajet e Pashait 1 is super beautiful. Breakfast was delicious, the swimming pool with stunning view on a mountains. Territory with lots of trees palms, bananas, limes, very cosy and beautiful. Our room was very clean, beds are comfortable, everything is new in a best condition. We stayed in September 2021. Stuff is very kind and polite, very helpful. We are grateful the stuff for such pleasant stay. We enjoyed our stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel! We will come back to experience such vocation again! Thank you Eva, for our best holidays! ❤️

Das Zimmer war extrem hellhörig und das Bett wahnsinnig unbequem. Das einheimische Personal war schrecklich unfreundlich! Die junge Dame an der Rezeption war die schlimmste von allen, wenn man angerufen hat um etwas zu fragen gab sie extrem arrogante und unhöfliche Antworten! Nie wieder dieses Hotel.
