Great service and owner engagement. Cosy hotel and great atmosphere.
We had the lowest budget room, which needs upgrading, but we understand program for refurbishment being prepared.

The lodge is in the middle of the beautiful Rondane scenic route, boarding Rondane national park. So it's in the nature, by a small river where you could swim or enjoy some canoeing. The young staff is extremely welcoming and nice. The place is warm and cozy, with a nice restaurant that we do recommend (also because everything else is quite far). We appreciated the traditional architecture and the nice picnic area by the river. Breakfast is great and the view and environment unbeatable. The room is small and simply furnished, but cozy and the bed is comfortable.
The bathroom is small and there is a shower tent.
