There was nothing we didn’t like about the property apart from the walk up from bars and restaurants in the evening as no buses available.

Our apartment was not comfortable at all. 1. Apartment A5-6 2. These are basically few rooms with connecting doors that the owners opens/closes according to the numbers of guests 3. The apartment was stinking from cigarettes smoke. Looks like someone was smoking there for a very long time that the smell is actually “in all the furniture”. When we told the owner she just “dismissed” that as not right. And offered to open the windows…. To let the smell out 4. The owners are physically at the property only some hours a day (they live next to the property). In almost all time that we dialed “9״ to ask a question or get service no one answered 5. Every thing cost extra money. If you need to change towels for the swimming pool they charge you 6. In general, it looks like the owners think that they do the guests a “favor” that they let them stay in the property

An amazing holiday

Beautiful apartment, well equipped, clean, warm and amazing views. Unfortunately we thought breakfast was included in our stay and as there is no shop in the village we had to get a taxi into San Johann for supplies. We arrived on a Wednesday and everything closes at 7pm luckily the cab driver took us to Jet petrol station to get the basics and we went back into Lidl the following day to stock up. Just be aware if you’re arriving later in the day to get into town early as it’s like a ghost town after 7pm. A beautiful area, fantastic skiing, amazing restaurants in a quiet resort.

We were very happy with our time here and would love to return in the future.

The room was simple but nice and well-furnished, including a dishwasher, and even the small studio room has a balcony, ours had a quiet view up the hill. Sauna and relax area was fantastic, open every day for us and with not too many people. Location is also great, it is a 5 minute walk to the slope, and you can ski almost all the way back. Very nice ski storage room as well, with lockable ski storage and heated boot stands.

Exceptional

We loved our stay at Pension Edelweiss. The Heigl family were great hosts. Very friendly and helped with any request. The faculty are in wonderful conduction, the kids enjoyed the toy room and the pool yard. Location is very close to visit the many lovely sites of region.

Exceptional

Everything!! I had a free weekend to explore the Alpendorf area with my kids and was only seeking a place with a pool. We stumbled upon Edelweiss and I'm so glad we did!! Our apartment was impeccably clean, very comfortable, and well-equipped. It was the perfect space with all of the extra touches!! We'll definitely return!!

Great play ground for the children, Pool, great value

Small, no cridet card payment, you have to send advance payment through sift code.We where in the ground floor, we opened all the windows and no air circulation. It was too hot then flys filled the room. We didn't had any view to the valley. We couldn't stay and had cancel my stay and went for another hotel

Fab apartment for a skiing holiday.

Great facilities and space for our holiday skiing. All very clean with boot room for kit so did not take up space in the apartment.

It is a wee climb back up to the apartment after skiing at the end of the season but you get used to it. Nice for stretching out the leg muscles.

Helpfulness of the landlady - We had a problem turning on the cooker and also found out we were allergic to feathers in the duvets. In both cases we were helped quickly and pleasantly.

Possibility to pay in cash only. Although the hotel explicitly states this in the description, it is an inconvenience that makes you have to withdraw and carry more money.

When paying 45 euros purely for cleaning after the stay, you don't expect being shouted at when you don't empty the bin when you leave! That was a nasty shock at the end of our stay, especially because we left the apartment clean. We were asked to go back and do the refuse and recycling!

It was already the second time i have spent my vacation in this property and i really liked it again. I like the view from the balcony and spending dinner during sunset on the balcony with view to the valley. It is a very nice place to stay to discover Grossarl / Huttschalg valley which is wonderful. This area offers many wonderfull nature places.

Ideaal verblijf voor een week skiën

Bij aankomst werden we vriendelijk ontvangen. Het ontbijt was iedere ochtend uitstekend verzorgd, met verse producten en een ruime variatie. De bedden lagen comfortabel en de kamers zijn ruim opgezet. Ook de mogelijkheid om zelf te koken vonden wij erg prettig.

Handdoeken worden slechts één keer gratis vervangen; voor een verblijf van een week is dat aan de krappe kant. Het is wel mogelijk om tegen betaling vaker schone handdoeken te krijgen. Daarnaast is het hotel vanaf de skilift gezien nog een aardige klim en dus geen echte ski-in ski-out accommodatie, zoals in de advertentie wordt vermeld. Voor uitslapers is het aan te raden om oordoppen mee te nemen, aangezien het soms wat gehorig kan zijn.

Remek szállás, kedves vendéglátó, kiváló szauna, gőz, parkoló, szobák. Azonban nem pályaszállás!

Nagyon szép az egész hely, gyönyörű kilátás, kiváló gőzkabin, finn szauna és pihenő lehetőség a welness részen. Korlátlan pingpong, csocsó, biliárd és darts használat. Nagy szobák, és tér. Remek síléctároló.

Nem volt igaz, hogy pályaszállás! Igaz, hogy 2-300m távolságban van a pálya, de semmilyen formában nem lehet síléccel megközelíteni (cipelve igen ;) ). Mi ezért választottuk, így nem jövünk ide többet, pedig ezen kívül minden szuper volt. A síbusz ott áll meg közvetlenül a szállás előtt, de ezek naponta 2x mennek le (8:50, 9:50) és 2x jönnek fel (15:00, 16:00), aki már volt pályaszálláson, az tudja, hogy az mit jelent (bármikor pályára fel/le). Akinek ez a mód megfelel, annak nagyon szívesen ajánljuk, a pályákon szinte semennyit nem kellett várni a felvonókra.

לא התאפשר תשלום באשראי, לכן נאלצנו לשלם בהעברה בנקאית ולשלם עמלה גבוהה. בדיעבד לו ידענו על כך מראש לא היינו מזמינים את המקום (המחיר עלה משמעותית עקב כך). בנוסף, לא חווינו אדיבות מצד צוות המקום.
