A pousada é bem aconchegante, nossa suíte era linda, a paisagem é maravilhosa, o café da manhã simples mas muito bem servido.
Infelizmente tivemos problema com o aquecimento da água, a ducha e a banheira não aqueceram suficiente, deixando a água morna pra fria, isso não foi muito confortável. Outro ponto foi a lareira que as lenhas estavam úmidas na primeira noite e aí não tivemos sucesso, no dia seguinte pedimos para dar uma atenção e fomos atendidos nesse quesito, porém a quantia de lenha foi pouca, não aqueceu o quarto suficiente. Acredito que se a pousada der uma atenção nesses dois pontos para conforto dos hóspedes, a estadia passa a ser bem mais confortável e agradável. Outro item que quero deixar de alerta, as cobertas extras precisam ser lavadas, estavam com cheiro de mofo muito forte. As toalhas estão bem velhas precisando ser trocadas, as cortinas também , acredito que precise de uma manutenção geral na suite .

Os colaboradores super atenciosos, todos muito simpáticos. Senti muito carinho no café da manhã servido e ainda recebemos um mimo de páscoa 😍

The pousada is surrounded by **beautiful green areas**, which create a serene atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The gardens are not only well-maintained but also quite inviting, making it an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy nature.
One of the highlights of my stay was the stunning **waterfall** nearby. It added to the overall charm of the environment, offering a peaceful backdrop and a wonderful spot for photography.
Overall, the natural setting is truly breathtaking

1. **Uncomfortable Beds**: The beds provided are of poor quality, resulting in an uncomfortable sleeping experience for guests.
2. **Noisy Wooden Floors**: The rooms feature wooden floors that can be quite noisy, which may disrupt the peace and quiet, particularly at night.
3. **Weak Breakfast**: The breakfast selection is lacking, and there is insufficient replenishment of items once they run out, leading to limited options for guests.
4. **Damaged Hair Dryer**: The hair dryer in the room was found to be melted, indicating a significant maintenance issue that needs immediate attention.
5. **Lack of Bidet for Women**: There is no intimate hygiene bidet available for female guests, which may be a significant inconvenience for some.
